[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — deduction of insurance amount from personal loan without information

Hi,

I am bakkesh m p, applied for personal loan amount for rs 2, 00, 000/- from hdfc bank. My loan amount transaction is done through the application no: 65781645.
As discussed with representative ms. Mamatha during applying loan was not mentioned about the processing fee of 1.5% of the total amount and insurance for the loan. I was assured for the loan amount of 2, 00, 000/- but when the amount credited it was only for 1, 93, 974/- in which processing fee of 3, 000/- and insurance amount of 3, 026 was deducted without any information. As i queried with the concern with mamatha and her manager (Apologies for not knowing the name) assured to return the insurance amount for the rs 3, 026/-, asked to mail for the concerned mail address.
