I am not getting otp and alert messages from hdfc

When i try to login to internet banking i am not getting otp which is asked after i enter the username and password.
While i carry out other transactions i am not getting otp and i am not receiving any alert messages of cash withdrawal or deposit. I am not receiving any messages at all from the hdfc bank. So please resolve this issue as early as possible....

refund of money in account

I cancelled my train tickets in irctc on 17th jan. After 2 days i received a message from irctc that it has been refunded through paytm, but still it has not been reflected in my account. The irctc asked me to approach the bank with the arn number details but they were helpless.

The railways have replied with an arn no. To this issue 74332749022902197317388.
Please solve this issue....

credit card closure

Dear Sir,

I would like to close my HDFC credit card asap but right now am in UAE . Kindly let me know if there any way that i could close it from here .I cannot do it via netbanking since the mobile number registered is already deactivated . Also my credit card expired . Kindly do the needful asap ....

personal loan - money deposited without consent

I told this guy the same as i was unsure of the required amount, then also he insisted me of submitting cancelled cheque’s and other papers and assured me that i would get a call before the reimbursement happens. amount has not been credited back to my account

While i was booking the tickets on 28 Feb 2019, i had to do the payment online, i did also but the payment was not credited to IRTC Account also, The amount has beeen deducted from my account on that day only .So kindly check what is the isssues and please provide the solution as soon as possible re-fund the amount ....

I have hdfc bank business regalia first credit card and i have redeemed reward points on 15-feb-2019 for e-instavouchers and i have been charged 99rs for redemption. I was asked to wait for 4 business days to receive the vouchers worth rupees 1600+ but till now i have not received it and no response from hdfc bank customer care team...
Very bad experience especially in the matter of credit card...

negative balance in my account

Actually i have opened account in hdfc bank one year back. Due to non maintainence my account is negatively charged for 8000 rs. I need to move this hdfc account to my salary account. I recently applied for hdfc credit card and i received a mail from bank side that your application is declined, but now i receive a text message on my number that your otp for credit card is this and generate your credit card pin instantly calling through net-banking. I am worried for my card status.

cancellation of one assist membership

incomplete resolution to the queries, credit card charges

My credit card number ending with *5050 has been blocked due to some unauthorized transaction. Unfortunately i have paid credit card bill of rs 603 to the card number ending with *5050 and the remaining credit card bill to new card number ending with *1153 for month of january but still that amount is reflected in february statement. Please try to resolve my issue asap as i need to make the payment before 8th of march....

Previously i had logged on to hdfc netbanking and clicked on cards tab there. I applied for a credit card and then it showed, "your request cannot be processed temporarily. We regret the inconvenience caused." now i have a pre-approved credit card offer but i cannot apply because even after 4 months the same message is showing on cards tab. Even after numerous calls to bhadrak branch office and kolkata head office this cannot be resolved...
