I had financed a laptop six months back through hdfc and provided my bank details for emi's. For the first month, emi was deducted from my bank account, but from the second month, i got the messages that 'ecs mandate rejected', from that month, i used to pay through cash to their collection agent.

Till that time, their staf[censored]sed to say, you don't need to pay any extra amount as this is our fault, but i used to get messages that there is an extra overdue amount, but when i asked, they keep on saying ignore these messages, you only need to pay the emi amount.

Now, this is the last month for the emi, now they are saying you need to pay extra charge. I don't understand why a customer will pay the extra charge when fault is at their end, they were unable to submit ecs form to the bank.

I am tired of calling and explaining situation to hdfc's staff and none of their senior members respond. This was my first and last experience with hdfc giving pathetic service to their customers. Feel free to contact me on [protected] if any of the hdfc staff members will pay attention to this complaint.

    [30 nov] : submitted post dated cheques along with ach form at the time of disbursement.

    [7 dec] : i received the mail from hdfc bank employee that cheques and ach form has been misplaced. Please send the mail to cancel the cheques.
    I sent the mail for cancelling the cheques.
    Then i was asked to pay online through payment link shared by bank employee. I paid the emi online and asked to activate ach for future emi.
    I received the mail with message "noted".

    [13 feb] : i charged for late payment. Which was the result of 7th dec. Incident.
    [9 march]: i sent mail to hdfc bank employee for refund the extra amount i paid for late payment and bank manager approved over mail to waive off the amount.
    But later bank employee says we can not refund already paid amount.

    I have sent multiple emails to hdfc bank and still issue is not resolved.
    Now they are saying if i don't pay current month emi then i will get late payment fee on current month as well.

    Please let me know if you need any email copy.

    Resolution :
    1. Refund the extra amount charged to me.
    2. Activate ach for my account.
    3. And provide the online payment link till the time ach gets activated.
    Found change in disbursement % than offer letter, disbursement %= 9.25 while offer % = 8.85, had given application for correction as my EMI increased by 870 RS due to unawares changes, 2 weeks are completed but there are no movement seen and did not noticed any apologies from Bank as it is clearly bank mistake.

      Sir i applied for car loan through netbanking, (Zip drive car loan)
      I filled the required details while applying the loan, i. E car details, car dealer address from whom i want to purchase car.
      After submitting the online form immediately i received the message from hdfc that my car loan of rs 1006000 /- has been disbursed to sharayu hyundai, navi mumbai, & e-delivery voucher no. Is [protected]

      Now i want to change my car (Make & model) i. E i want to purchase from other dealer.
      So request you to please cancel my car loan.

        first year membership fee charged on life time free card

        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has provided me lifetime free regalia credit card. Today the bank has provided me statement wherein they have charged me 1180 as first year membership fees. You are requested to look into the same. Also please provide me the procedure for cancellation of the card.

        The executive who had allocated me the card is not receiving my calls. If this matter is not looked into i willmake...

          Don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with my account this is first time when bank deducted (Total=708) in this "amb chrg incl gst for jan2019-mir[protected]" i dont know what is this deduction for. How bank peoples will deduce someone hard money without informing to them, if there is some charges then there should be a prior notice first, so that user should follow your bank polices.

          I want my money back. This is second time when bank deducted amount from my account without providing any information to me. This deduction is maid on 6 feb 2019. And my account number is [protected].

            Please check that as per this reference number the complaint against unauthorised transaction done from my credit card has gone in my favour. It is logic that any late fees, igst and taxes against that transaction should also be waved off. But i have been told to pay that. Does that make any sense? If you agree that i have not made that transaction then why should i pay any other fees applicable on that transaction? Because of this issue i terminated my account with hdfc. I had raised concern on this but nobody replied on same. The collection department never picks up and gets disconnected automatically. Please resolve this issue

Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account.               Hi,

              This is to inform you that i had a salary ac with hdfc bank back in 2014 (Account number - [protected] name - vikas mishra) which i used for couple of months and then had to leave the job because of some medical emergency i was also given a credit card from the same hdfc bank with credit card number - [protected] which i payed until i can but because i was not physically fit had no job or source of income situation came to keep this bill aside later when i started working i payed all my dues with all interest and late fee towards the credit card i had with full amount with no settlement i also have an noc for it which i have attached with this complaint. Now when after i did all this and went to the bank to close the ac to close the ac as i have cleared ally dues they denied to help me saying that they cannot do anything from their end as it still shows a lien bal of my credit card and asked me to call customer care for further help which i did as my nearest branch of hdfc advised me when i called customer care they asked me to visit the nearest branch now today is the day that i have visited all the hdfc branch in my district of prayagraj and nobody is willing to help but giving me a new story to run around. So now only help requested from you is to please remove the lien balance from my hdfc ac mentioned above asap after verifying all the dues that i have cleared so that i can open a new hdfc salary ac for me which my company is requiring on urgent basis so please do treat it as high priority or else i would have to loose this job of mine.

                I am a card holder of diners club credit card.. For amc to be free i was told that i need to pay any kind o[censored]tility bill like post paid telephone bill, for that i can use the payzapp app, but when trying i m unable to use the service, msg is showing that only visa, master or rupay cards are accepted and this type of card is not supported.. The card given to me is pulse discover.. How to pay my bill now?? I have been given plenty of other wrong information before also.. Like emi facililty i was told is there but later on i got to know that there is no such facililty for this type of card.. Pls see that i get to pay my utility bill through payzapp.. Otherwise i will have to surrender my card asap..
                Plenty of times i have called up customer care inspite of that not getting required support.. Pls advise how to pay my bill through payzapp so as to make my amc free.. Or if any other payment mode also there pls confirm..

                  I have received notification on Dec’18 that my Card getting re-new by HDFC Bank as per RBI guideline with Chip Debit Card and running Card will deactivate.
                  In the same I have received Docket Number through SMS in Dec’18 that card has been dispatched by HDFC Bank but somehow we did not received Debit Card and I have cross check on www.indiapost.gov.in saw that Packet Loss again I had register complaint on Feb’19 vide complaint No. DELC[protected] in this issue and HDFC executive confirmed that issue will resolve in next 7 working days again I had call to CCC Number they confirmed New ATM Card issue without any charges will deliver in next 7 working days and received docket number EB[protected]IN (28TH Feb’19).
                  After 7 days again I called you on your help line after check new docket EB[protected]IN on www.indiapost.gov.in and found HDFC Team booked on wrong Pin code 230128 which is not belong with our communication. Correct Pin Code is 230129. Same thing I told you multiple time your executive they did not agree and ignore.

                      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs.2499/- from my credit card number ending with 6119 without my consent on August 06, 2018. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund the fee.

                        My account has been debited 20 days back while making payment for rs. 200 through hdfc net banking. But transaction failed. I tried another two times to make payment for the said amount. Transactions failed. Totally rs. 600 has been debited from my bank account. But no refund was initiated. Finally i made payment using my debit card. I want my rs. 600 back.

                          My name is C Anand (Credit Card # 5459 XXXX XXXX 3025). I made a transaction at RPS*LASYA PRIYA KIRANA HYDERABAD on 06-Mar-2019 for Rs. 20, 000/-. But as per the Credit Card Unbilled Transcactions on HDFC Bank website, the transaction amount is showing as Rs. 40, 000/- (2 transactions of Rs. 20, 000/- each but I made only 1 transaction). When I contacted Customer Care of HDFC Bank, they informed me that I should pay the amount shown in transaction which i cannot do as i have not made transaction 2 times.

                          Please check and arrange to remove 1 incorrect transaction amount of Rs. 20, 000/- from my Credit Card transactions.

                              There was an issue while withdraw rs.4500 from atm at burgur on 31/12/2018. I did not receive the amount but its get debitted from my credit card account. I have raised credit disput request and sent sent multiple mails and followups, this issue was not resolved for more than 2 months. Please do the needful and let me know how many months required to resolve this issue.

                                I have been maintaining my salary account with HDFC Bank since 7 years, last week was the first time i forgot to maintain the balance in my salary account[protected] even if i have due of 6416 rs of personal loan emi, for which they have charged 600rs of late payment fee which is un ethical way, they should atleast consider and excuse for the first timers, it could happen with anybody that they forget to maintain the balance sometimes, i have lost faith them due to this, this is not at all a fair approach to deal with customers.request to suggest on this issue.

                                  This is Reg. Reference number HFR107709. I am an existing savings account holder with HDFC and I had applied for fastag on March8. I got a confirmation msg saying I will receive the fastag in 7 days. Post 7 days, didn't receive the fastag and there was no communication from HDFC. I called up customer care and I was told that the request is on hold since the kyc is pending.

                                  Disappointed that no one told me about this until I called up customer care. The customer support executives were not at all helpful in resolving the issue. Appeared as if they were blaming the customer for not having the 6th sense of sharing KYC. also I was asked to send the KYC docs to fastag.[protected]@insolutions.com. they were not ready to transfer the call to some senior executive who could help as well.

                                  Shred the documents and requested speedy response to help me meet my objective of travelling with fastag, guess what - no response from there too.

                                  Worst experience ever with HDFC Bank.

                                    ppf account opened in wrong branch

                                    I applied for opening of ppf account in hdfc bank online on march 07, 2019. However my account was opened in anna nagar branch, chennai. Whereas i reside in delhi. I cannot go to chennai everytime i have some issue with respect to my ppf account. So, you are requested to transfer my ppf account to my home branch in delhi where i hold savings account....
