[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Delay in crediting maturity proceeds of insurance policy

Policy number HDFC life 10713731. Policy has been matured on 17 October 2016. Maturity proceeds have not been credited so far. All the required documents have been sent on 17 and 30 September 2016. No proper communication is made on status of payment. Instead of giving specific replies just stereotyped replies are sent on email. Interaction ID 2757294 and complaint No is[protected]. It is really annoying to know that, instead of sending documents twice, account was not updated by the concerned staff. They were just sleeping on my complaints. Very shameful to play with the consumers money.

I have paid on 17/10/2016 at 12:42 AM through My HDFE A/C, but I have not receive to my payment receipt pls conform my policy
