[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — delay in current account opening

I am an existing customer of hdfc bank for more than 5 years now. My customer id is 61037817. I got a very good service always from you so i thoughtof opening the current account also. I am very disappointed this time.

I am starting a new business and i went to my nearest branch i. E. Gorabazar branch, kolkata. I submitted all my documents and the check also for opening the current account on 7th august and its 2 weeks now this has not been processed yet. I was said that it will take maximum of one week and its 2 weeks now. This is the first time i am complaining about the service. My case was been handled by tirthankar basu and i called him up yesterday and he is sick so he is not attending office. I completely understand his situation but i also need to process rest of my official work pending due to bank account creation getting delayed. And my company stamp is also with him which is also giving me troubles.

I was opening the account in the name of my company f for fashion llp. I have no other information from bank. I hope this will help.
