[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — delink my hdfc credit card

I used to have an active hdfc savings account and my hdfc credit card was linked to it. I have stopped usong this account a long time ago and make my credit card payments from another bank. I have been charged a auto debit return fee and my ac is on negative balance now. Inspite of giving written requests to the branch and calling customer care the delinking hasnt happened. Since jan 2018 the are charging the fee on my credit card. Nobody is able to help. Is hdfc runni g a banking institution or running a looting service?

Dear Customer,

We acknowledge the receipt of Autopay cancellation letter during October 2017 and we confirm that due to signature mismatch unable to process the same. We note that Autopay registered in your card against the minimum amount due payment. Hence the minimum amount due payment was claimed in your card for Rs.5, 410.00 against your February 2018 statement and the same was returned due to insufficient funds. As you may be aware, any payment returned would attract a payment return charge. We wish to inform you that payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. We request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of charges.

My HDFC salary account has attached virtual credit card which i never applied in past. i have visited local branch they told me to delink credit card i need to go with customer care. i am trying for last 2 months to reach customer care to delink virtual credit card from my salary account but no one is responding properly and i am stuck. And as i mentioned above i didnt apply for that credit card then how its showing link with my account. i have no any details of that card so i cannot give written request from local branch. can anyone help me to resolve it.
