I going to launch a complain against your agent his name is deepak and he his calling to me from this no[protected]/+[protected] and he is giving me bed words and saying me that i have no time to visit and when i will visit you have to buy the policy today and if you don't buy i will come to your home and show you properly and if you are going to mail again i will come to your home and show what i am this type of agency people you appoint and touchier the people i will complain against you and the person if any thing happen to me and my family the hdfc bank is responsible

    Hdfc bank while offering the priority pass with regalia card clearly stated that use on international airport will be free up till complimentary visits and will be charged at domestic airports.

    Now what does this mean? Any normal person will understand that use on intl airport within india is also free on pp.

    In january they had send a message which stated: use of pp on any airport with in india will be charged at 27$.

    This clearly means that they have made a change to the policy and are willing to communicate to the customers accordingly by using these specific comments about india airport.

    Despite this they have charged me over rs. 6000 for 3 visits during december '17

    How could they do so? I demand a reversal of these charges.

All Lounge visits within India using priority pass will be charged at US $27 + GST as applicable w.e.f. 25th May 2017 · Lounge Visits outside India exceeding the complimentary visits will be charged at US $27 + GST as applicable w.e.f. 25th May 2017 · All guests visits using Priority pass would be charged at US $27 + GST per visit per guest · Charges will be billed to your credit card statement within 90 days of Lounge visit · For Lounge visits within India, you can avail 2 complimentary lounge access per quarter through Regalia First Visa/Master Credit Card Lounge program(Please swipe your Regalia First Credit card to avail the complimentary lounge access). · To Know about number of lounge visit through Priority Pass, you can write to priority pass team @ [protected]@prioritypass.com.hk by providing your Priority pass number along with Add on priority pass number if any.         I would like to bring your kind notice that neft transfer for amount of rs. 5000 vide transaction number n[protected] has been not credited to beneficiary account yet. I transferred the amount today around 12:30 pm.
        I reconfirmed with beneficiary and he is still waiting for the amount.
        I am transferring the money to beneficiary account form last 3 years, so no chance of wrong account details.
        Please look into the issue and do the needful.

                I am a holder of hdfc bank visa business regalia credit card where i had received priority pass for complimentary access to lounges at airport terminals.

                I have received the latest statement for my credit card on 16.02.18 (Attached herewith) in which i have been charged for using the priority pass for lounge visits at domestic airports in the months of september 2017 and october 2017.

                Kindly note that it is unacceptable and hdfc should reverse the charges on the basis of the following points:

                1. I was not aware of the changes of the terms and conditions of priority pass, as i did not receive any official communication regarding the same through sms or email.

                2. I always carry both the cards i. E. Priority pass and hdfc regalia business credit card to the lounge reception. Had i been aware that priority pass is chargeable at domestic lounges, i could have used my hdfc bank regalia credit card instead.

                3. I did not receive any alerts when my card was being charged. It is unethical on the part of hdfc to charge the credit card and not provide any communication for the same.

                4. The credit card statements for 3 months following the priority pass usage, did not reflect these charges. As per the new terms and conditions the charges should reflect int he statement by 90 days from the date o[censored]sage.

                5. Lastly, kindly note that we are having long standing relationship with hdfc bank. Our organisation m/s alliance commercial transport has current accounts, loan accounts, od accounts etc. With hdfc bank.in view of the same, we expect that you should immediately reverse these charges, so our trust in hdfc is maintained and we can continue to do business with your bank.

                        Hi i have been really sick to write this email. A person called vishal [protected] from hdfc bank has been calling my family and collegue's for payment recovery.
                        I fail to understand if these people are really there to just recover money by hook or crook or to collect good incentives they have all the rights to go to any extent to mentally pressurise a person and take him to the point of depression.
                        I availed a credit card from hdfc bank.. The worst day of my life i would say..
                        Situations changed and i went through a severe financial crunch lost job.. Father got paralytic attack... Living at a rented house... Being a sole earner of the household when i was unable to pay back.. I have been helpless to sometines not even able to earn bread for my family...
                        And the worst part is they would not even listen to your side.. All these recovery agents are concerned is about how to screw a person's life so that they as a customer "care" executive can earn higher incentives on fulfilling their targets.
                        Not all debters are cheaters... Not one knows what's going to happen with them in future.
                        I please request you to save me and my family from this mental torture and threatings to pay off...
                        I am literate person i know i availed a service and i need to pay back which i have done in the past dutifully but now when i am unable to do so as of now i get this behavior from the bank.
                        I just want to request banks if this is the way you recover ur payments please clarify at the very first step to your customer that see mr. Xyz we are ready to give u a service but i[censored] fail to payback u will be made to realise u have made the biggest mistake o[censored]r life.
                        And to the recovery agent... I also do a job to earn a living for my family but not at the cost of ruining people's peace... U don't really know what the person might be going through.. Atleast maintain the very basic of etiquettes while addressing a person.

                          After applying for credit card of hdfc, i am getting to much verification calls. Which is irritating me unnecessarily. Further this kind of call is the breach of privacy and attaraction of misshappening with the family or anyone who is living alone. Banks are already getting many documents related to kyc. Then making such calls for varification is useless and unnecessary.

                            My voided transaction with metro hospital, noida is not yet refunded in my bank account. It has been more than 4 days that i haven't received any kind of refund of my rs 500 consultation charge, since the doctor wasn't there yet the people in your counter took rs 500 and later on gave a void transaction receipt.

                            Please look into the matter as soon as possible and get my monry refunded.

                              Hdfc cheated me with their fake promises, i got lots of mail received from hdfc regarding cash back i applied the same but they are not yet credited a single paisa, never use hdfc bank products, i will close my account soon. Very worst service experience i had with overall hdfc team, still they are not ready to rectify my issues, and i understand they paid huge amount for receiving the bank of the year award, in fact they are the worst bank of the year... Fed up with hdfc bank, escalation team. Illiterate fellows can behave better than this. Time taken period is too much... Call me on [protected]

                                Worst ever experience form hdfc not worth for expectations... I had met with an accident last month and still paid my bill but current month i got delayed to pay my bill as my salary was not sufficient to pay hence collection people started calling and that to day and night messages are been send in night time from personal number customers details are not at all secure with hdfc anymore... And these people talk in such bad language cant even speak in proper indian english pune branch employee name snehal kate use my details calling me from her personal number to contact me day and night messages are been send as per the government law is this right i need this to be resolved asap. I have to take further this to consumer forum and make sure the girl name snehal kate and her manager gabriel will lose their jobs.

                                    I was a customer of hdfc credit card and used it with last balance of 27000. After sometime i was unable to pay and stopped my emis. The last payment i have made in oct 2016. Now after 1 year the recovery agents called my and facilitate me to repayments. I agreed with full amount repayment with almost 50% interest. Now the full amount what i agreed with is 41000 rupees. Actually i want to maintain my cibil score and credit line. So i paid 41000 in 4 installments by cheque. The final installment i have paid in jan.2018. Now i am waiting for my noc from hdfc bank.

                                    Kindly provide me my noc because i have paid whole debt amount with interest. I didn't settle my account.

Maine apna sallery account 10 march ko hdfc tri nagar branch(4280) mein apen karwaya tha.. Lekin landmark issue ke karan wo mere address par nahi aa paya...phir main tri nagar branch mein gya to unhone wha se koi help nahi ki or waha ki BM karuna gupta ne kaha tumhare najdeek ki jo branch hai waha par jao... phir maine customer care se bat ki to unhone bola ki aap ki welcome kit branch se hi receive krwa di jayegi... Phir mere pas kal 26 march ko message aayi ki apka welcome kit tri nagar branch me aa gaya hai aap waha se koi original id dikha kar receive kar lo... Main branch gya to waha ki branch manager karuna gupta ne bahut hi rudely mere se kaha tumhe welcome kit nahi di jayegi or usne pbwb ko bhi bol diya ki iska koi address reissue ke liye koi proof nahi lena..maine unse request bhi ki agar mujhe kit nahi mil payegi to meri is month ki sallery nahi aa payegi to unhone mujhse bahut hi rudely kaha... Tum mere se nahi bat kar skte ho main kuch nahi janti hu.Main 3 ghante tak wahi pareshan branch me hi tha kisi ne meri help nahi ki... Main bahut hi frustrated ho gya hun us branch ke behaviour se unhone bataya bhi nahi kaise mera welcome kit milega... Agar maine jis purpose se apna sallery account open karwaya tha or inlogo ke uncooperative behaviour ke karan nahi aa paya to mere pas account close krwane ke alawa koi option nahi hai... Hope you will understand my problem and waha ki BM Karuna gupta ko samjhayenge kaise customer se bat karte hai... She is totally uncooperative and talks very rudely.

                                        Hi Sir/Madam,

                                        I have opened my Account with HDFC Bank on 21/04/2016.
                                        Some how i lost my job, So was not able to maintain the Minimum amount.

                                        When i went for one Fixed Deposit on 27 March 2018, Then They said that your amount is Rs -8701. So you have to pay it. then i said Branch Manager to wave off the negative amount to zero, then he said i have to pay the negative amount OR Take Some Loans OR Invest in some HDFC Scheme then only they will wave the negative amount to zero, then i said to close my account then he said to pay the negative amount then only they will close my Account.

                                        Note:- Sir in 2 years i din't get any Mail/Call and Statement informing about the negative Balance

                                        Please find the attached Bank Statement for Bank Details.

                                        Sir Please help me to close my HDFC account.
