We had a disputed transaction in October 2017. We had proof of:

1. Cancellation Confirmation from Merchant
2. ARN Details from the Merchant.
3. Refund Confirmation from the HDFC Bank.

Since October, I have visited Bank many times, called customer care atleast 50 times, and sent hundreds of email and Bank is not ready to refund the money.
One guy from HDFC is replying who does not have any idea of the Banking system and every employee working there is a shameless creature.
I have requested them either to share a number of Credit Card Dept where we can call or give us a call but Bank is nothing but fraud.

I only need to get this sorted, money to be refunded and never do with business with these fraud - HDFC BANK

I am not sure how much you are sensitized since you just copied the same email what another clueless employee from your fraud bank has sent a week back and then came up with another stupid email.

You know, I can predict your future and tell what next email you will be sending since you all do not use your brain and just copy paste emails. Learn the basics of Customer Service, just don't be stupid and send same stupid emails what your manager is asking you to send. Every case is different. Such a shame to see that you have all the proofs, evidence and even then you frauds do not accept.

How can you all be so irresponsible?

I can see you are replying to all other frauds/scams done by HDFC. Looks like Pramod has asked you to not to reply since he at first place was extremely irresponsible and shameless to drag the issue.
He neglected the issue and gave excuses, and once all documents were e-mailed to him he was incapable and coward to accept the Bank's fraud.

Looks like, all employees of HDFC have been given some training on how to fool customers. At least some of your frauds will be exposed in this forum to the public.

    I'm Using HDFC Credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1899 from my credit card

    As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated .

    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs:1899 .This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

        Please note that i applied for HDFC Credit Card with application REFERENCE NO :-
        [protected]WW . I got verification done at my office and residence too.

        Today I got an email

        As per RBI GUIDELINE CIRCULAR NO - RBI/[protected]/100 BOD.FSD.BC.23/24.01.011/2008-09 I should know why it got rejected without any reason.

        Please let me know on next things and how these can be sorted out as this is some thing not fair.

        I would like to draw your attention that I haven't took any credit card. I have one home loan and i am continuously paying my installments on time.In the initial period some installments are showing delayed due to improper data entry of bank as i always paid my installments on time with auto deduction .
        I also checked my CIBIL Score today and it is 801.

After that i used amount of 265+ 770+ 1680 = 2715 but my unbilled amount its showing me 3400 so just tell me where is this 700 extra for wht i m paying before month i have cleared all the dues if i m not getting deducted this amount i will not pay 2715 also now

                      I had transferred an amount of 25, 000 from hdfc account to sbi account using imps reference number[protected] on 01st april, 2018 at 7.30 pm. Amount is deducted from my account, but hasn't been credited to beneficiary account. Please check and initiate the amount refund to hdfc account immediately.

                      What is the use of having imps transfer when in this case it was not instant? I need a immediate refund, back to my hdfc account.

                            I was being contacted by hdfc life representatives:
                            1. Mr sk mehta (Mumbai branch) : [protected]
                            2. Mr naveen jain (Delhi branch) : [protected]

                            These people called me multiple times to provide me my dead father's policy money.
                            Mr sk mehta called me in month of feb 2018 in regard of my father late rambabu g's policy, since i was nominee in most of my father's document so i thought that this was also a genuine one. He told me that my father has taken policy for 5 years tenure where he paid 50k premium in year 2012 & 2013 but haven't paid later, so he told me that if you pay his 3rd installment then you can claim for this policy monety & can get 5 lakh.

                            As i was unknown about all these process & relaising that hdfc life insurance is a bigger brand i trusted him, he sent all hdfc forms through a hdfc representative & took 50k cheque.
                            After someday, i come to know that he opened a policy on my name of 50k annual premium, i asked him then he replied that now they will merge my father's account with this account for which some pft account should be available and that requires inr 1 lakh to be deposited immediately.

                            Then his other fellow named naveen jain & vishal bharadwaj started calling for the same and asking for money immediately to process this else you'll loose all money.

                            Me & my husband felt something wrong with their conversation & immediately asked their id & email account with office address, then naveen jain provided his employee id as 91350 & official email id as [protected]@hdfclife.in & told us that he's working in mayur vihar phase 1 branch.

                            We took next steps, since my brother in law lives in delhi we asked him to go to that address & verify this person detail along with this policy detail. He went their & looked for this person, as per receptionist there was no such person ever working there. Then he asked about the offer these people were providing, the manager directly said that these are frauds, please lodge complaint to [protected]@hdfclife.com.

                            I lodge complaint about this to specific email id & got reply from hdfc life next day with subject as "hdfcsl=[protected]' policy no : 20127666" where they asked me to continue the policy for the specified time else i'll loose all my money, while there was no communication on the fraud activities happened on their name.

                            They even didn't talk about those people nor they specified that any action taken by them or i need to do something, this was something completely not acceptable & hence i decided to lodge a proper complaint about the company regarding selling their policies by using such fake information to customers.

                            I urge government to take a proper action against this and don't let such company to fool more people.

                              I had blocked my hdfc credit card 2 months back and had asked the bank to reissue the card. For address change, i had submitted the form on march 1st and i started waiting for my card to arrive. After no communication from hdfc for next 20 days, i called up and asked for the status. I was informed there is a signature mismatch because of which the application isn't processed. My first question to hdfc is that why they couldn't inform me of this earlier by themselves? Why did they wait for me to ask for the status and then tell me that there is a mismatch. I submitted the signature mismatch form as well on march 20th and when i called up the customer care today, they were not at all aware of this as they haven't received the form yet. On top of that, an executive called sindhu talked to me very rudely on the call with so much arrogance that you'll receive your card. This is the most frustrating and horrible service i've seen in private banks and i will make sure i recommend everyone not to have hdfc credit cards. As soon as i receive my card, i will be discontinuing it because of the horrible service and the rude behavior of the employees.

                                Ours is a trust account of apartment complex. The builder had opened the association s/b account in the name of ' owners association, ambady palmgrove apartments' in 2007 without registration of owners association and kyc. Subsequently in 2016, the bank had selectively frozen account for non compliant of kyc. Therefore when the association was formerly registered we had to register it as' owners association, palmgrove apartments since all our documents had only been mentioned as palmgrove apartments and the purpose of adding ambadi was not known to owners.

                                Due to demonetisation pressure we had to open new account in the name of owners association, palmgrove apartments to deposit all our cash. Later when we approached the bank to transfer the funds from old account to new account we were told that authorised signatories of old account only have to sign the cheque/closure letter. Of the three authorized signatories one expired and another was not available. Eventually the two signatories had approached bank to do the following.
                                1. Close the fd's and transfer into old s/b account
                                2. Subsequently transfer the balance from old s/b account into new account.
                                3. Give closure letter to close the old sb account.
                                However to our horror the bank manager mentioned that the old s/b account has recently been frozen due to non-compliance of kyc. Since we mentioned that we were unable to comply and that's the reason we opened new account and suggested the manager to give us a solution to unblock the frozen account. He had no answer and therefore we request you to kindly take up with appropriate authorities to find a way out for temporary unfreezing of old account to enable transfer of funds using one cheque.

                                    I would like to inform you that i newly joined in hdfc sales in gurgaon.
                                    It's mandatory to open account with hdfc bank so i went 2 branches of hdfc bank in gurgaon in alternate days but there are so cheap employee assistance.
                                    Details given below-
                                    1. Hdfc bank sector 14 gurgaon:-
                                    Here is salary account department mr. Amit ji and his team member shikha is opening salary account.
                                    I just requested to her that please do the process then she did but suddenly she told that i am not going to open your account because of your hr sign is not match.
                                    But recently my 2 colleagues opened their account.
                                    For the kind information salary account department employees are so worse and cheap, no manners.
                                    After 2-3 days later, i went another branch
                                    2. Hdfc bank galleria near dlf phase 4
                                    Chandni assisted me.
                                    She detailed me about document.
                                    After that she said that i can't open today, i agreed because of financial year closing 2018, he offer for after monday.
                                    I demand for the printed kit at home by post.
                                    She strictly rejected.
                                    I really stew to them and worried for this reputed bank..
                                    I feel no difference between hdfc bank and other not responsible bank.

                                      Dc iss fee charge has been done in my account without any intimation the charges has been debited from account. Kindly confirm without any intimation or any messages how could my amount will be deducted give me a brief explanation or kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. Its not notified by me any message or call. Its very disgusting service i face from hdfc bank.

                                        I have applied for fastag on 26th march 2018. I have received message with customer id and wallet id on 29th march. Ids generated are working fine, i could able to access my account and add money to the wallet. I would like to know when will i receive my physical fastag so that i can fix the same in my car and start using.
