[Resolved] HDFC Bank — depository charge refund

Hello sir,

This is in reference no. 3754481 to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 10th jan 2020 under the name of depository charges dec-2019

Initially when i did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i never received the call from customer care about this. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.

Please do the needful as earliest.

In case you do not wish to continue with your Demat Account, you are requested to visit any of our nearest Demat Servicing Branch and submit your request for closure of your Trading and Demat Account to avoid the levy of charges in future. Upon closure of your account, the charges will be reversed to your account on a pro-rata basis.
