[Resolved] HDFC Bank — depository charges deduction | |||
I'm aradhan. I had been charged rs. 885 for depository charges mentioning depository charges jul[protected] which i don't even know about. I haven't done any transaction of such amount on that day. I want my money back as soon as possible. This is not at all fair in deducting without the knowledge of the customer. I have attached the screenshot in this complaint. I didn't get any response from [protected]@hdfc.com. It's really so bad to have such bad service.

I find a deduction of Rs.885 from my account with subject of DEPOSITORY CHARGES JUL17 .
I dont appreciate any kind of transaction from my account, without prior information.
I would like to get a refund, if this was done by a mistake
