[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — did not dispatch debit card: chip plus pin debit card not received with in given time window

Hi,
I have not received my debit card with in given time window as informed through email.
1) hdfc customer care says contact account department. But through ivr it could not be possible for me.
2) blue dart delivery not done saying address is incorrect. But online i can see through netbanking that address is correct in account details
3) blue dart didn't contact me over phone
4) customer service desk executive said it has been dispatched and will be delivered in 5 working days. Last thursday february 28th it should have been delivered.
5) i had to take one day leave from office as to avoid any problem in delivery in case of absence at home.
6) i can't register grievance on hdfc. I use one reference number but that doesn't help much and error occurs

Dear Customer,

The debit card pin mailer has been returned to us for reason address incorrect. We request you to use online option to regenerate debit card pin Instant PIN change process for Debit Card is as below : Login in Netbanking and Click on Cards tab Go to Debit Card => Request section Click on Instant Pin Generation option From the Card No drop down select your card number Now enter new pin System will prompt for OTP validation, enter the OTP received On successful validation of OTP, success message will appear on the screen and with this Debit Card pin will be reset immediately Note: Insta PIN generation option (through Netbanking) will not be available for Senior Citizens and those who have not registered for Third party transfer. Alternatively, you can apply for regeneration of your ATM / Debit PIN in following ways: 1. Through NetBanking Login into NetBanking Click on cards Click on Request option under Debit Card status on the left hand side Click on Pin Regeneration Select the card number and click on continue. If you are eligible for Green pin, system will ask to verify the mobile number and if the number is correct, then One Time Password( Green PIN OTP ) is sent to the registered number instantly which you can use in HDFC Bank ATM to set a PIN of your choice. If not eligible for Green PIN, Physical PIN will be dispatched to your mailing address. Select the Reason, Check the mailing address, Confirm the address and click on the Terms and conditions and click on confirm Physical PIN will be dispatched to your mailing address. 2. Through SMS You can generate Debit Card Green PIN through SMS banking by following below steps: Step 1: Send SMS to 5676712 from your bank registered mobile number. ( SMS format: Type REPIN<space>Last four digit of Debit Card e.g REPIN XXXX ) Step 2: You will receive Green PIN ( 6 digit OTP ) on your mobile Step 3: Visit any of nearest HDFC Bank ATM to set a 4-digit PIN. You need to be registered for SMS banking to avail of this facility. In case you are not registered for SMS banking facility, send SMS to 5676712 (SMS format: 'REGISTER<Custid><Last 5 Digits of Account Number> or Visit nearest ATM/Branch or login to Netbanking). Note : Kisan Savings Accounts and BSBDA small accounts are not eligible for Green PIN OTP. 3. Through Branch Please submit the form at any of our branches - On receipt of the form & successful verification, we will process a new ATM PIN and send it to your mailing address. You may also verify your address by logging into Netbanking through "My Contact Details". I am not sure if you have UNDERSTOOD the issue I have reported here.

DEAR NADIA,
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEBIT CARD WHICH HAS TO BE DELIVERED ON 22/03/2019

I am Rudresh Gaur holding a saving bank account with number [protected] at Noida sector 1 location.

I received call from blue dart saying that address is incorrect and card is dispatched back to HDFC Bank.

Online also the same comment on blue Dart against the same consignment.

But my address on HDFC Bank website is absolutely correct and valid.

Address details of my account is House No. 36/532... that is block no- 36 and house number- 532.
The address you provided to curior service was house number- 36532 which is incorrect
