HDFC Bank — Did not get pf claim settlement even after a month

Dear team, I applied my pf claim settlement last month itself but didn't receive my claim even when I m checking online it's not showing. This is the first company where I m facing the problem. I worked at icici nd reliance but I didn't faced this problem there. Here for getting my money only I did more than 18 mail but still my case didn't get solve.
