[Resolved] HDFC Bank — did not receive my fastag/no status update for my fastag application | |
I am a hdfc bank customer and have savings account since 3 years I have applied for fastag via www.hdfcbank.com and paid rs. 500 on 07.12.2019. The amount has been deducted from my account and an application reference number is given: hfr946453 with my application pdf copy said to be mailed. But neither i received any mail or fastag nor refund of my money. Customer service no: [protected] is always busy and couldn't connect with them for the status Is this again one of those scams of government of india and indian bankers to rip people off?
