[Resolved] HDFC Bank — did not receive my fastag/no status update for my fastag application

I am a hdfc bank customer and have savings account since 3 years I have applied for fastag via www.hdfcbank.com and paid rs. 500 on 07.12.2019. The amount has been deducted from my account and an application reference number is given: hfr946453 with my application pdf copy said to be mailed. But neither i received any mail or fastag nor refund of my money. Customer service no: [protected] is always busy and couldn't connect with them for the status Is this again one of those scams of government of india and indian bankers to rip people off? +1 photos Was this information helpful? Verified Support Dec 15, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Hi, we have checked our records and it states that the payment has failed. Hence we request you to apply for a fresh Fastag application.
