I have applied for a top up loan 2 months back because one of representative from Bangalore Whitfield
name: Rinto KV.
Email: [protected]@hdfcsales.com gave me someones number to discuss regarding this. so new guy send me a link to do payment and docs.
After full payment and doc submission, I received one approval email.
But during disbursement neither Rinto nor anyone now helping to me.
So now after raising disbursement request through online, no-one is helping me to close disbursement request. just some emails and calls. but nothing is proceeding further.
Since I don't have any direct point of contact so none is helping me.
due to this my handover also getting delayed.
Attached screenshots for both sales representative who are not completely ignoring me. neither responding to calls nor replying through WhatsApp after reading message.
So I am requesting me to refund my processing fee and online is completely fraud. Was this information helpful? |
