HDFC Bank — Do not call registration

I have done 3 times do not call registration (2 in jan 2016 and one today i.E. 4 april 2016) for not to get any sms, promotional mailers of my hdfc credit card. But still i am receiving. The form do not give any request number after registration as attached in the image. Just they write "thank you for sharing your preferences with us. Please give us 45 days from the day we receive this request to action the same".

Also send mail to them but every time they write
"dear mr. Kahar,

Thank you for writing to us.

This is with reference to your e-mail regarding your hdfc bank international credit card account.

We understand that you do not wish to receive any promotional calls or messages on hdfc bank credit cards. We request you to register your card account in our "do not call" database by clicking on the below link. https://leads.Hdfcbank.com/applications/misc/dnc/dnc.Htm we would like to inform you that it would take a maximum of 45 days for us to completely de-register your contact details from our solicitation list. We thank you for your patience in the interim.

Please take strong action against hdfc bank. They never comply with govt regulation for do not call registraion.
