It's been 3 times that I have called hdfc customer service for an issue related to my bank account and everytime when the call get connected, they disconnects after giving a small welcome speech. It cannot be a co-incident everytime...moreover, being a bank they should have a courtesy to call back, if the line gets disconnected. But I have experienced numerous call for loans which was never asked, but daily 4-5 call for giving loan... Very bad telephonic customer service

    Hello,

    I am Anirudh Bohra my HDFC saving account no. is [protected] and my ifsc code is HDFC0000007, I got my account from my employer in 2013 as 0 balance saving account after leaving the job in 2014. I did not use the account and no money has been credited to account few days ago I checked and banlance is Rs. 6900 negative, It is against RBI Rules and regulations .

      Today on 22/3/2016 i withdrew an amount of Rs 400/- from HDFC bank atm in Begur road Bangalore. The ATM id is HDF ATM P1DCBU28 Txn# 1194. Among the 100 rs notes one of them is a counterfeited one. The atm even failed to print the receipt, but i have the transaction details in SMS and Internet Banking online pass book. I never expected that a reputed bank ATM will feed with fake currencies. The Serial no printed on the note are uneven size and the paper quality of the note is not crispy but greasy (like magazine paper).

          I own a hdfc bank credit card and its been 5months. I couldnt pay the bill of last month in the mean time another bill got generated. Hdfc bank people should understand that we are salaried people and we get the money on 1st of every month. Phone banking executive called me and i told him my due is on 3rd of every month and i will clear it. He said ok and hung up the phone. Today he called me again and harassing me. I was talking to very politely and with his abusive language he made me lose my temper. Dont we people know that we need to pay our bills and is it right to talk to the customers in abusive way. One or two reminders are enough the phone banking people need not call up every day and harasses the customers. The phone banking executive name is G Bhaskar rao. I request to the bank to take immediate action orlese the bank reputation will be in risk in the customers point of view. Please take action against that lunatic.

          The same problem is with me. The phone executive broke all limit and he misbehave with my mother. HDFC please if your executives dont know how to talk then please stop the service or train your managers that they dont give this type of training to the executive.

              My ATM card was fraudulently used to withdraw INR 43200 ( 40K + 3.2 K) on 14th March at Powai, Mumbai. However I am based out of Bangalore and have never used the card in Mumbai for any transaction from Feb 2016.

              I have raised the concern with HDFC and haven't heard nothing from them since then. I have been repeatedly following up with them, however the customer care refused to transfer me to any relevant department, in spite of submitting all relevant documents (FIR, debit card, transaction dispute form) as asked by HDFC.

              As per the RBI regulations, no ATM machine should dispense more than 20K at one go, however this particular ATM has dispensed 40K in one shot.

              I am sure all the ATM machines are equipped with monitoring devices and as such it should not have taken HDFC so much time to check the details, given they have the transaction date, time and ATM ID on their systems.

              Since HDFC has disabled my ATM card and internet banking, I am unable to perform any transaction. I need the issue sorted with immediate effect and the my money refunded to my account.

              I am not sure how can my card be used without my knowledge to withdraw an amount in excess of permissible limit at one go.

                HDFC’s fee policy entails a deduction of a statutory minimum fee of Rs. 2000 ( plus taxes) should HDFC decide to not sanction the loan or provide a lower loan amount which may not acceptable to you.
                In case an applicant misrepresents any facts to us, HDFC will retain the entire processing fee and no amount shall be refunded.

                  This is Prakash Singh Kaushik

                  On 22/03/2016 There is a false transaction happened in Debit Card.

                  Rs. 642.89 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. I visited an nearest ATM I came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. Tried contacting your customer service they redirected to accounts / finance team where no one responded. Next few attempts failed as no one from customer care picked up my call.
                  Kindly look into this case and get it resolved ASAP.
                  Also, I have not seen any response from your customer care team except for one query. Your website also do not state about these DCD issue, whereas I can see a lot of people are facing this issue. Can't you just explain or notify your customer on what this issue is and what they need to do if a transaction like this appear in their statement. You guys keep on sending bad mail for promoting your products and calling every now and then for loans, but you do not have resources for answering to customers of existing services. Really disappointed with the services provided by HDFC.

                      My old Prepaid card is expired and i have applied for new food card on 2nd Feb. My old card no is [protected] and new card - [protected].I have sent mail to prepaidcard.[protected]@hdfc.com, srinivasan.anamalai, biswanath.dasgupta. I have not received any response from these mail id. In spite of this my new card is blocked without my knowledge. I have applied new card again and sent mail to these team, called customer care twice every week, but resolution is not provided. I have also raised complaint through phone banking - MUMC[protected]. without giving resolution complaint has been closed, when checked with customer care, they told due to some issue in back end complaint is closed without solving the issue. So i have again raised a complaint - MUMC[protected]. I have also raised complaint in HDFC Bank complaint form. Till now it is not resolved.

                        I, PRAMOD RANJAN MONDAL, havind the loan a/c no[protected] for Two wheeler, EMI was 188/- from Nov 2013. With no due I have setteled the EMI in time. But have not got the NOC from the End of HDFC Bank. Went ot nearest Branch they demanded me Rs. 500/-(five hundred for the Noc. Why I will pay that amount.There was no such agreement on the Loan papers. The Branch said that NOC had sent to my Postal Address but no proof for the has been displayed to me. Now I want to Complain in the Consumer Forum against the HDFC Bank for such behavior if The NOC is not dispatche to me withen a fortnight.
                        I am sure NOC was not sent to me. If so give the proof of that.

                          I was using HDFC credit card till 2010. In 2011 I sifted to Delhi from Hyderabad and was not using that card afterwords, around 2012 they sent a new card to me and some due amount too. I requested them to give the details of the due amount which was never sent to me. then the CCE asked me to accept the new card and start using it but I continuously asked them to provide the Full and Final statement for the last card which is never provided by them, they followed mostly every year end but never provided me the details.
                          Now they troubling me a lot with sending mails.

                          One of the last complaint addressed by them was as follows :---

They started charging me for Medical Insurance Premium without taking my express consent for the same, took my signatures in the papers and are not cancelling the same.                               My name is Gagan Oberoi.

                              My ATM card has been hacked and misused by someone else on 20 mar 2016. Amount of Rs 23000 has been withdrawn in total by 3 transactions (10000+10000+3000). Here I want to throw light on security provided by HDFC bank. How can this be happen? Is our money not even secured in bank. What kind of security HDFC bank provide to their customer.

                              I really want you to take strict action against the bank as I want my hard earned money back at any cost..

                                I Baljit Singh Kaushik with my wife Renu Sharma from Rohtak (Haryana) got a personal loan from HDFC Bank in 2010 with A/C Number16068460 .Initially, we were told that we were getting the loan from HDFC [protected]@12.8%interest but were shocked to receive the letter from bank depicting it @16.5% interest after some months. We paid all the EMIs from March 2010 to January 2011 regularly and wanted to repay the loan completely as the rate of interest was too much. To our surprise, the bank refused to take full loan amount. I talked to the HDFC bank authorities and kept on paying the installments regularly .Finally, the full and final payment was done 0n 01/07/2013 as asked by bank and the bank issued a full and final settlement/Closure letter Ref: 16068460/156/S19629/010713/c/001.We just came to know that our name is in CIBIL defaulter list and we are unable to apply for a loan. It is highly shocking for us.
                                Sir/Madam, me and my wife are Associate Professors in Reputed colleges and well-paid off by the Government .We have sought a Home Loan LBROH[protected] in 2014 from ICICI Bank and are regularly paying the EMIs of Rs. 37360/-.We are cheated by employees of HDFC Bank. So we appeal to this forum to get this solved at earliest possible.
                                Please give suggestion for my problem and what is my next step.

                                  I got a brochure of HDFC Home Loan which says 0% Processing Fee and No Hidden Charges. I applied for home loan transfer. Even after 45 days, the application was still under
                                  processing status. In the mean time they presented my (so called refundable fee) cheque of Rs.12030/

                                  I did not get any kind of service, but wasted my time and efforts for more than 45 days. so, I requested to cancel my application and asked for the return of my full
                                  refundable amount. But they now want to deduct Rs.2000+taxes for not providing any kind of service and support.
                                  They mentioned refund of Rs.9740 will be done with in a week, its more than 15 days now but no updates on that too.

                                  I want to make sure they refund my full Refundable amount of Rs.12030/

                                    I received a call from HDFC Ergo recently and they said that I have to register for a policy to protect my credit card and it's mandatory for me. They will provide me a health insurance policy plan for 2 years. Unless I take the policy they will snatch back my credit card. I enquired about the matter with our nearest HDFC Bank where I was assured that there is no such terms and conditions of opening a mandatory policy. That's why on the next day, when I got the same call from HDFC Ergo, I directly refused it. But today on 20/03/2016 I have received an SMS from HDFC bank that my credit card was debited for an amount of Rs. 9000 against the HDFC Ergo policy and they will send the policy details shortly. Now I want my money back and if I don't get it then I will file a case against the company in the court. Please help me out of this situation.

                                      I was opened a savings account but till date cheque book and atm not delivered to my residential address. They are not found my house. Whereus my passport, sbi savings and credit card related documents, lic, Bank of baroda savings account related documents and most important HDFC credit card statement and other documents received at my residential address.
