My credit card has not been working since the past 6 months and none of the customer care executives are responding to my calls..the hdfc ludhiana team is just not helpful.. Please help.. Asap...

Hdfc very good bank, but your customer care executive force to sale insurance very worst, speaking also bad she contact in this no [protected] very bad speaking i feel bad pls take necessary action...

Hdfc life insurance Agents are selling the plans by saying with a very good offers like credit card with 10lacks limit and some journey plans free and cashback of 50% . Once customer stuck in the plan then again and again no response when customer calls him . example of one agent

Customer care calling from no.[protected], Ms. Shiksha is calling 2-3 times a day regarding payment of credit card payment. She behave very rudely.And her way of communication is not good. Dnt know why reputed bank like your appoint such executive. I am filing complaint against her....

For the passport application i require a photo passbook from hdfc bank which i cant get which fails me to apply the passport.
how much does it concerns to attest a photo on the passbook when i went personally to appy for it on branch
It utterly disappoints me to select HDFC BANK public sector banks are better in service and serves the purpose.

Recently however I received a text message (on 12th Feb) informing me that my old credit card ending...

We have made a payment which was for the cheque bounce in 07.01.16 and we were told we will receive noc in 15 days and we still haven't received it....

I had surrender my policy before 4 months wit all forms, neft men date, since four month I am trying to get my money, but no resp once from company...

My new upgraded credit card was returned despite my mother available at house. The PIN has been delivered to my mother at my registered address where as Card was returned undelivered. Applied for credit and submitted the docs and gotta verification calls fa 6 times.and 7th time wen i got I got the info frm executive as the card shd b delivered to my office o home address .so I requested to my home address and he told withn 7 days it will b delivered and I got a details wit 16 digit num also.so this things hpnd on Jan 9th...and I shd got card on 17 th...afta tat wen i call they say its in progress..so wrong committent by...

I, Kishor Wankhede have made my credit card payment on 6th Feb 2016 by cheque. After six (4 working) days the cheque payment has not yet been cleared.Kindly give the details about the payment by cheque and please clarify of how many days payment by cheque process is taken....

I have a credit card for hdfc bank, due to my job change I shifted my self from Delhi & NCR to bihar. I called to Bank regarding change of address so that I will be able to make payment but they said they can not change as bihar is not in there service area I asked to send bill through email but as till today not a single bill as send out on my email. Hi Every one,

HDFC bank has been debiting cash from accounts for encashing cheques from non home branches and is mentioned under the above narration

This deduction is NOT INFORMED VIA SUBSCRIBED SMS SERVICE and one has to view the account summary in internet banking.

These kind of service charge deductions are not mentioned during transaction either by the bank employees or by the bank people...

Hello Sir/Madam,

Many a times I am getting irrelevant calls from some phone numbers, about loan, offers, etc.., irrespective of I have a DND activated on my mobile.
Today I got a call about registering for some illogical things, which is chargeable, and when I rejected for the offer, they said that my credit card will be declined.

Please help me, as I don't want to get into any these kind of calls....

HDFC home loan executive sagar and AMit took all document and cheque saying if loan amount is less the money will be adjusted in my account and I can take 3 part amount

after the processing fees deducted from my bank saying it is not refundable and i had to take loan amount in one go

my fees also sucked my HDFC Bank and Thley have not given my loan yet

will any one help me to save me from this...
