HDFC Bank — ECS charges during COVID19 | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding a Loan agreement XXXX964 with HDB financial Services which is the child financial company of HDFC bank I requested them multiple times to respond but no single person has responded and resolved the issue. They are all aware of my issue but intentionally done this fraud to get the extra bucks . HDB has provided the moratorium scheme from March 2020 to August 2020, during this period they should not present any ECS/NACH to collect the my monthly EMI as per the RBI scheme, but they have represented NACH multiple times on my ICICI bank account XXXXXX44092 and also I requested for the loan recast as per the RBI guidelines but without providing any response again they represented NACH multiple times and after that they have activated the restructuring scheme on their own without any agreement in between me and their company, they have restructured my loan on their own terms with no restructuring related communication. When I'm seeking the resolution from HDB, but without listening to me they are representing the NACH for every week. ICICI bank has been debited Rs. 17700 for the representation of NACH from HDB financial company and 7000rs added as due in my loan account even after my loan restructured by them, HDB has represented NACH for 30 times from the month June 20 to Jan 21. Could you please explain about your schemes? I availed moratorium and also HDB is activated restructuring scheme on their own, but why NACH has been represented multiple times from HDB which causes me the charges more than my EMI amount .\ HDB company asked me to pay the restructuring fee of INR 2000/- Rs and one month EMI to consider the restructuring request from their end . Again I have approached HDB management to get the clarification on this but they have not responded back to my request. As per HDB instructions, the restructuring plan should be activated only after I made the payment for the restructuring fee of 2000rs and 1month EMI, But I have not done any payment but they had activated a restructuring plan on my loan account and not shared any revised repayment schedule with me over the registered email address. Still I'm seeking clarification from HDB for the charges that they are collecting against my loan account for the restructuring, Meanwhile they restructure my loan on their own by adding restructuring fee 2000rs + 1month emi as a due in my loan account and continuously represented the NACH for my EMI which caused me the huge penalties from my bank . RBI complaints : [protected], [protected]. When I approached to the BNAK for the reversal of these charges they clearly indicating that ECS/NACH representation is biller response and they would have stop it when biller is given the moratorium. Finally I ended up with paying the extra interest for opting the moratorium, extra tenure for the loan recast which was done without my consent and NACH charges with by bank for the negligence of HDB financial.
