[Resolved] HDFC Bank — ecs debited twice

Last month i closed my loan account at united bank and submitted cancellation of ecs but even month after still my salary account at hdfc bank debiting ecs amount and this month it was amazing they have devoted twice for same amount and when i called customer care they say i submitted two request for ecs which is not the correct one i submitted to cancel ecs but hdfc bank taken as one more ecs

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We request you to check with your Bank as to why the Loan ACH/ECS is being presented from their end when you have closed your loan and also canceled the ACH/ECS pertaining to the same. Further, kindly visit our nearest HDFC Bank branch and submit a request for the cancellation of the ACH/ECS. Please submit your requirement at the nearest branch, through a written letter, duly signed by all account holders.
