Hi,
I had applied for hdfc fastag, for my vehicle no. Dl09cu5977, online on 14th nov. On 24th nov, i got a mail saying that the fastag has been issued and the customer id and wallet id was provided. On 28th nov a message was received saying that the wallet had been created and the fastag would be sent in 3-4 days. Since then there is no despatch confirmation for the fastag. The customer care number is always busy and useless.
Please provide the despatch status of my fastag.

I have applied for Fastag a long back. Received the customer ID and wallet ID however I have not received the Fastag yet.

Please let us know to whom we can contact for the same as the customer care number is also unreachable.

I applied for fastag on hdfc portal on 28th November using my hdfc debit card 500 rupees were deducted but I didn't receive any message from them yet. I contacted bank on phone banking for the same they give me proper response I had inform the bank through mail on [protected]@hdfcbank.com till date i have not received any response. what should I do
I was trying to purchase FAST TAG (HDFC) on line today and the payment of Rs.500/- was debited from my credit card but could not get the confirmation .Either FAST TAG may be confirmed or the payment may be reimbursed to me.
Trying to generate password as a first time user to my Fastag account using the Customer ID & Wallet ID provided by HDFC through mail.

However the page says "No Records". Followed all the steps as mentioned on the website.

Trying to call up toll free number, but it is always busy.

Please assist ASAP.
Hi I have applied Fastag card through HDFC bank link my application id HFR350755 dtd 10th Nov19 paying Rs 500/-. Although there is no email confirmation or any representative reached to me so far. Can I get any confirmation or refund if its not processed. We cannot connect to customer care toll free no as well, which is not working.
I submitted fastag application to HDFC Bank on 7 November 2019. The number is HFR345744. I have still not received it. The HDFC Bank representative is not responding.

    I applied fastag through online and my application number is hfr912671. It shows, the fastag will deliver within 7 days. But still, this was not received. Please check and send asap.

    Also, i gave my mail id is wrong. I called customer care number [protected]. But no response/busy.

    Please update the status. Or call my mobile number.

    Since the time period of fastag is december 15.

      I put money in my saving account icici hdfc fastahg but my account has been debited but payment has not been recived in hdfc fastag.

          I have 2 accounts one is saving account, second account fixed deposit account.
          Last month on 9th oct i received a call if you are interested for a locker we will provide.
          When i went there, they told me to keep one lakh (Rs./1, 00, 000) fd for this.
          I have in sb a/c i have only 67 thousand only, i said, i will transfer from other bank. But there network in the hdfc bank.
          Meanwhile br. Manger opened my account in his laptop and asked me to tell otp in my mobile when i told the otp he was transformed the amount from my fd account already rs./ 6, 00, 000.in my old fd in same branch. And he told, you can tranfar the amount to your saving account then it will be automatically adjusted. He was not given any type of information slip/soft copy.
          In few minutes i rec'd a message, mngr told read it loudly. When i saw it is 10 years rd. I told i didn't like it. Mngr replied, no it will come like that only but it not correct you read it. I said no it clear, here wrote it is one type of rd. I don’t wan’t this. I am a senior citizen now this type of rds are not useful for me. He said ok i will revert it back. After 4-5days for revert the money one cancelled cheque, one request letter he was taken, till now i have not got my money to my account.

            i have applied for fastag on 24.11.2019 at hdfc fastag website.

                I have applied for hdfc fastag. Money deducted and got message as "transaction time out". Bank guys said that the money will be back to account in 7 days. But yesterday night i got message as teh fastag transaction successful with userdid and wallet id. Now where is my fastag? No way to track the status. And i need to go on vacation on 18th of december, without fastag i need to pay fine. Despite applying much earlier i didnt get the fastag yet and no way to track. The customer care number is never ever responsive. I have tried more than 100 times. I would request to issue my fastag to my hand at any near by branch. I will collect my self by going to branch directly.

                  I had applied for fastag on october 13, 2019 with application id hfr270384 and paid rs.500 towards payment and i haven't received the fastag still.

                  The customer care confirmed me they required 10 working days to send the card. Its been more than 40 days still i haven't received or there is no response from them. Irresponsible behavior from customer care team. Totally disappointed with the service.

                      I would like to make a complaint against the company whose officials are indulging in fraud and fake calls and misguiding the people for unscrupulous marketing with the connivance of the brokers. I was put to great inconvenience and lost my peace of mind due to this.

                      My name is rohit goldar, i lived in jagatpura ward no 1, mukharjee nagar, rudrapur, udham singh nagar, uttrakhand, my mobile no-[protected] i have faced the same situation 1 year ago m/s. Deepika yadav working at hdfc loan depart sold me a policy with the premium of rs. 60000.00 annually against 6 lacks loan offer of hdfc bank. I have not received any loan amount and now the free look period has been gone too. They have sold me a hdfc life insurance policy, said they are calling from hdfc bank loan department from noida sector-61. She said my loan has approved with in 22 days i will get my money and hdfc loan department all working is successfully processed but after few days they called back and said hdfc credit department has sent a query about your case that you have to pay 35000 more and oped a demat account then get the amount disbursed. I pay 35000 and waiting loan amount. This was after the free look period. I have calling to hdfc executive are ignoring my calls. Few day's ago i have call to ms. Ritu she said me submit 20, 000 stf charge then i disbursed your loan amount.
                      Please do the action as soon as possible. And cancel my insurance...

                      I have recorded all call at there fraud person & canceled my policy.

                          I was frustrated with the experience using hdfc fastag, eventhough my fastag had more than 500 it was always blacklisted and everytime i ask them, it is due to non-usage which is false because i use it very frequently.
                          Finally decided to close and get fastag from some other bank, raised a request to close. Found out that they closed my account as blacklisted. Now i am not able to get another fastag. Tried to call customer service for more than a month and they are not reachable. Need resolution immediately.

                                Hi i have purchased the fasttag from hdfc bank portal. My application no is hfr457818. I have received the email regarding the fast tag id's. But physical tag is not dispatched from hdfc. I am not able to track the application status as customer card no[protected] which is mentioned on site and email is not working.

                                Please help its more than 15 days is gone after accepting the application.

                                Also hdfc team please update the proper communication no and email id for response

                                  I applied for hdfc fast tag through internet on 22nd, november-2019. I updated all the required fields. The application reference number is hfr458159. It was conveyed that fast tag will be delivered within 7 working days, but till today i. E. 5th december i have not received any update on issue/ delivery of fast tag. There is no link provided by the bank to check the status of the application and there is no feed back provided by the bank. The help line number provided by the bank is invalid and does not get through.
                                  The highway authority is providing fast tag immediately and without any cost. I am regretting to apply fast tag through hdfc bank. Bank is not providing any service / feedback.

                                    I have applied for fastag on november 15th through hdfc. It's almost 20 days. I didnt recieve any card till now. I received sms that
                                    " dear customer your fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id on 23 november. Its been informed that that card will be dispatched in 3 - 4 working days, but not received yet.
                                    The worst thing is customer care number is not working [protected]

                                      I am using this card from last 10 yrs and due to some issue mean to say some u circumstances i was not able to clear the complete outstanding and there the bank has charges certain charges like financial charges and late payment.

                                      So request you to please waive the charges so that i could be able to clear the complete outstanding this month.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have raised the same complaint 4-5 days back regarding hdfc bank fastag not delivered after 1 month of booking. The application number is hfr296019.

                                        Hdfc bank assured me get this delivered within 5 working days but still i have not received any confirmation

                                        I am not even getting response from customer care neither by mail nor by call. They are not responding at all.

                                        Please refund my 500 rs so that i can purchase the same from different source.
