I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. Reference number of application is hfr47782. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document & rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys by customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

Please update on the status.

    I have balance of Rs.500 in fastag account but still at tolls its showing zero balance & blacklisted.
    Customer care no. is not connecting.

    To whom I shall contact yo get 5he problem solved??

      I applied FASTAG through online and my application number is HFR468535 It shows, the Fastag will deliver within 3 days. But still, this was not received.
      Please check and send ASAP.
      They have given customer care number but no, number will not work, dont buy hdfc fast tag, its use less.

        I have applied for fastag rfid for my car (Txn no: [protected]) on 23.11.2019. Till date i have not received the same. I have only received an acknowledgment on 24.11.2019.
        I contacted the local hdfc branch who could not offer any help. I also contacted their representative in kolkata ([protected]), unfortunately the calls were unanswered.
        This is a new rule which must be complied and it is uncertain whether the fastag rfid will at all be delivered.
        Overall experience with hdfc is unsatisfactory.

        Already complaints givees all information but daily asking same question. They thought I am fool.
        They only passing tome not interested to resolve issue
        I have applied for fastag yesterday (29/11/2019). Customer id[protected]. Amount got debited from my SBI Debit Card but still I have not received any confirmation. Kindly do the needful.
        I have applied fastag on 28.11.19 through hdfc bank. Till time i have not received e-mail from bank as told by bank personal at aurangabad. While filing the application i am not able to upload the documents. Bank officer told that when you receive the email from bank you will upload the documents.

        Customer care number is always busy. Dec 1 is approaching and still I haven't received any notification on Fastag shipment.
        My HDFC Fastag application no is HFR552646 . I have made the payment of Rs 500. But there is no way to track the application. The customer service number is either busy or no one attending it. This is very bad service from a Bank like HDFC.

        I online applied for HDFC Fastag, I am already a HDFC bank customer.
        Payment is deducted and the session got timed out.
        Trying call their bloody toll free number from past 4 days, that number is not working.
        Instead of making thousands of calls everyday for car loan, home loan and all they should work to prioritize this.
        I have hdfc fastag for my car, but when i wish to register my account online for recharge etc. I tried to contact their customer service but i could not connect myself with the numbers provided, i tried for whole day.
        I have paid 500 and booked the fast tag: reference: HFR432132, they said somebody will call me but no one called. Your customer care number [protected] does not work and bank helpline does not support fastag. This is pathetic service. Can you please return my money so that i buy it from another vendor. or call me at [protected]

          I have recharge my phone two times through net banking hdfc, of rs 248 airtel number prepaid. On 5 and 6 dec 2019. Still it is showing pending and amount is deducted and also i have issued complaint on hdfc net banking of both recharges it is showing assigned but not resolved. Is there another option to get money back from bank because it is not recharged yet.

              I was applied for fastag on 20th november at the time of ordered i was not getting any email or sms for confirmation apart from that till today 6th december still i am waiting for my fastag. I word with customer care number [protected] they told me that wait for a week you may get it in next week.

              I ask for refund or complaint email id then they denied and told me that we don't have email id and we can't able to share with you.

              I told them to give me full refund they also denied for this.

              I told them to give apology letter as per their statement the turn around time of fastag is 10 working days they also denied for the same.

                Hi this is really worst service from hdfc bank as i have not received my physical fastag but the cust id and wallet id. I am tired after calling so many time not responding on calls and emails.
                Request you to pls take action on this.

                I am not able to connect with them which is wasting my wallet money and i am facing issue due to this on toll plazas request ypu to please take required action and deliver me my physical fast tag

                  I had applied for fastag through hdfc bank. As per last communication on 26/11/19 by hdfc, fastag has been generated but it has not sent to me. Lot of time i called at customer care no. Provided by hdfc portal but the no. Is invalid. I have also sent mail but still no response. This is the worst service by hdfc.

Then i call customer care executive and closed my account he said the ammount you have in your wallet will be send by demand draft withing 7 working days.. Its been more than 10 days.                               Hi,

                              This is regarding fastag. I have applied fastag from HDFC bank portal on 27-Nov-2019.

                              2 times I have attempted and the times after I filled all the mandatory details, during payment I have an error from website saying “Session timeout, please try after some times". One attempt is successful but i have not recieved my fastag and no any tracking or escalaration matrix available for the same.

                              Money has been deducted from my credit card, I did not see any refund back in my statement after 7 days also.

                              I also email to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com but still no any reply and acknowledgement. Also customer care number is always busy and if received by customer care person, they are not able to give solutions and suggested to mail as above mentioned email id.

                              First time, i am facing such kind of worst service from HDFC bank.

                                I applied for fastag online through HDFC, I got message about my wallet ID [protected] and customer ID is[protected]. But still I have not received my fastag stickers. There is no customer care response about this. I am really fed up dealing with HDFC Bank, didn’t expect such service with HDFC. Already paid ₹ 1000 for fastag of my two cars now can’t apply for another one as well.

                                  I had applied for HDFC FASTAG for my vehicle no. AP26BK3411 and reference no is HFR506745 online on On 24th Nov, I got a mail saying that the fastag has been issued and the customer ID and wallet id was provided. On 28th Nov a message was received saying that the wallet had been created and the fastag would be sent in 3-4 days. Since then there is no dispatch confirmation for the fastag. The customer care number is always busy or not transferring the agents.
                                  Please provide the ETA when will i get FASTAG and how to track the status ...

                                  Very very poor service... no email id to drop an email and not able to reach customer care too.

                                    On 4th June 2019, I got a call from Mr. Mayank from mobile [protected]. He proposed me the policy & told me to give cheque only today to get 17000 Rs cash back. I took the policy(policy no given above). Cashback decided to give as 5000 Rs in 1st installment and then 12000 Rs in 2nd installment.
                                    First installment is not as per the timeline given by him, so he transferred me 5000 Rs from his personal account and told me that I will take these 5000 Rs from HDFC accounts by myself. It was transferred on 18 July 2019.
                                    For another 12000 Rs, 90 days timeline was given which completes on 18 October 2019 but till now I did not get anything. Continuously following him through whatsapp & call but all in vain. Everytime gives me new date.
                                    Mrs Sweta from HDFC accounts team called me also to confirm the 5000 Rs transfer in my account. But due to some server issues, 5000 Rs not transferred & that's why Mr. Mayank transferred from his personal account & took that 5000 Rs from HDFC accounts. Her mobile no is [protected]
                                    From 2nd year, he told me to give premium waiver certificate so that I have to pay Rs 17000 less from 2nd year to 10th year.

                                        I had applied for HDFC FASTAG, for my vehicle no. UP23AA1386, online on 23th Nov. On 23th Nov, I received a mail saying that the fastag has been issued and the customer ID and wallet id was provided. On 28th Nov a message was received saying that the wallet had been created and the fastag would be sent in 3-4 days. Since then there is no despatch confirmation for the fastag. The customer care number is always busy and useless.
                                        Please provide the despatch status of my fastag. I'm facing problem on daily basis. Please ressolve the issue on priority basis.
