This is regarding fastag. I have applied fastag from HDFC bank portal on 27-Nov-2019.
2 times I have attempted and the times after I filled all the mandatory details, during payment I have an error from website saying “Session timeout, please try after some times". One attempt is successful but i have not recieved my fastag and no any tracking or escalaration matrix available for the same.
Money has been deducted from my credit card, I did not see any refund back in my statement after 7 days also.
I also email to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com but still no any reply and acknowledgement. Also customer care number is always busy and if received by customer care person, they are not able to give solutions and suggested to mail as above mentioned email id.
First time, i am facing such kind of worst service from HDFC bank.

Complaint marked as Resolved After complaining to lead hdfc bank portal and then i got solution in 7 business day. So for getting complaint resolution please submit complaint to hdfc lead portal
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They only passing tome not interested to resolve issue
