[Resolved] HDFC Bank — envelope received without fastag customer id[protected], wallet id - [protected] | |||
Applied fastag through online on 13th december. On 27th recieved the fastag envelope but there is no tag. Reported the complain on customer care on 28th december. They din't take any action thereafter. After multiple time complaining now it shows i the site that they have re-dispatched through indiapost with tracking id rm[protected]in. When contacted indiapost they told this consignment has not booked by the bank yet and there is no consignment details found in indiapost site as well. Mailed multiple times to Fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com they are really useless. Jan 16, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved From here nothing has been worked . Even some people use this information to fraud you . I got a call and they are telling these details which I have provided here and claiming they are from HDFC Bank .
They were asking my UPI Id and they have sent some encoded message and was asking to forward that message, I had disconnected the call . So be careful about these things . Nothing helps from here . HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
