My name is aswath i work at bangalore and i have a salary account with hdfc and my credit card got expired so i got advice that i had to change my address to get new card as i have moved to a different address so i was told to go to nearest bank and submit an application so i went on saturday i was waiting for about 10 mins no one spoke with me so went to help desk and asked for a form and the person told me to wait for another person and the other person came they were again busy with their work so i went and asked the person i was waiting for about 2 mins he was searching for the form and i was still standing after 2 mins the person told that the application form is missing and asked me to come monday which is today and today i went the concerned person is on lunch break so they have asked me to come evening. For the first time i felt like i have come to a government bank. Please improve the services at hindupur branch. Thanks, Aswath Was this information helpful? | |||
