HDFC Bank — False promise on foreclosure charges

I've been HDFC customer since 2017. Recently a year ago, due to some financial issues, I wanted to opt a loan of 3L. I had enquired with HDFC team and I don't want to pay any foreclosure charges. Then I was told that if a customer is taking a loan of more than 10L there is no need to pay fore closure charges under golden edge scheme. Eventhough I didn't require the huge amount as loan to avoid the foreclosure charges I opted the personal loan of 10+L with 10.85% interest. Now, after completion of 1 year when I visited the bank to my shocking I got to know that the person who promised me of 0 fore closure has mentioned 4.62% of foreclosure charges. Due to my daily routine workinh hours I didn't go through the loan document where they have mentioned it. I trusted the person who gave me false promises to take the loan. I tried to reach the HDFC loan support and those guys for each email reply after an week due to this I had to pay 1 more extra EMI which is benefitting the bank. As a customer they are mot even considering my issue. Also recently I also got to know that if ther persons salary is less than 75k they will not be added to golden edge scheme. Then my question is then why did they gave me of 0 fore closure. I accept it was my fault of not reading the document as I trusted the bank. I need justice in this issue.
