[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fast tag | |||
While applying for the fastag on hdfc fastag website, my money rs. 500/- got Deducted on 26.11.2019 at 12.17 pm from the credit card account (Ref no. Etoll 1291683) however i haven't received any acknowledgment of the application. I Need to know the status of the application and if it is not successful money Should be reversed back to my account. The customer service no is pathetic And i did not expect this kind of service form hdfc. A bank like hdfc should Rectify this kind of errors immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||

HDFC Bank is not reachable to customer complaints first, no way to contact the branch offices or by email or post. There is no responce from them even after contacted them and raised the service request.
Still waiting to get my problem resolved.
NRI's strictly adviced not to take Accounts from this bank.

I have paid payment of my credit card on 31st october and now today i have bymisteken paid same amount, kind reverse payment paid twice
