My application no. Is hfr019823, i have paid the amount of rs. 300/- on 26/12/2017 for fastag. Now few days ago i received the activation message.

Now pls let me know when i will receive the card. From three days i am trying to call the customer care but no one at-least once received the call. It's really annoying. Whats the use of such number when not available any time.

Also i tried to login online using first time user option... No record found mssg. Is displayed...

Pls let me know when i will receive the card & how can i login to my a/c.

I have booked a room on 1st Jan 18 online through www.holidayhomes.nic.in worth Rs 330 with additional transaction charges of Rs 6.49. But amount has been dedcuted twice. Sreenshot of amount deduction and booking is attached. Pls return my amount of Rs. 336.49.
