I ordered a FASTag from HDFC Bank after getting frustrated from the pathetic service of Paytm in this regard. I paid ₹300 as per the order requirement. Instantly got an sms alert that my profile has been created. My customer ID is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected]. But since 25th April I don't have any clue when will the product get delivered. Tried calling customer care to know the same and they asked to drop a mail to a NON-HDFC email ID who never bothered to revert. I desperately need the tag as I have tremendous touring job. A token knowledge of dispatch will help a lot. Why don't we deserve to get this much support when you aren't giving things for charity? We pay our hard earned money however meagre the amount might be. I don't deserve to be ignored by you. Proof of sms alertare attached.
