HDFC Bank — fastag

On november 25th i had applied for the fastag through hdfc bank online... I have given all details and submitted the required documents... I have paid the amount for the fastag... But havent recieved any confirmation email yet... It has been 4 days already.. And the toll free number is always busy... I want someone to send me a valid toll free or an email id to check the status of the fastag because i will be needing it from the first of december..
