I have just now (28/11/2019) applied for fastag thru hdfc portal at hdfc bank (Branch address - showroom no. 3, mayfair tower cts no. 28, mumbai pune road, shivajinagar, pune -411005). The application went thru and i paid rs 500/- via my credit card. Thereafter my amount got deducted but the application went blank. This was being done by the bank official. She forgot to note down the application number. Now, i am unable to track my fastag status. Either i need refund of my amount or the fastag delivered at my address. For reference/ tracing the application, my car registration number, mh12mw8930 or driving licence no. Mh[protected] can be used, which has been put in the application. Now, i cannot apply for new fastag till this issue is resolved.
