Dear sir,
I have registered for new fast tag for vehicle no pb65q750, owner name is gian chand saini.

I paid through my hdfc credit card. I received a message from my credit card that i have spent rs. 500 on credit card — at etoll1291683 on 28/11/2019 at 12:43 pm.

I did not receive any application number nor the complete application details. Please let me know the status.

    The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
    First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment as well.
      The reference number of the application is hfr425209. I have uploaded rc for fast tracking it as well.

      Ironically, there is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is always busy.

      I even visited nearest hdfc bank, phone banking (Customer care) but they also say there is no way to reach them as its a separate department.

      Request the team to kindly help in getting the status update on the same.

        Hi,

        I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on nov 28, 2019. As i have a savings account in hdfc since june 2019, i thought of availing the hdfc fastag facility.

        I wanted fastag for my personal vehicles so total amount to pay was shown as rs.500

        After i was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

        However, amount of rs.500 was deducted from my savings account.
        I am not sure if my request was successfully put.

        I called on the hdfc fastag helpline number [protected]. But this is always busy or not reachable.
        There is no way to track the application. Neither the normal hdfc helpline people know anything about it. They asked me to wait for 24 hours.

        I was not expecting this atleast from hdfc bank

          I had applied for the fast tag through hdfc online i have paid 500 payment also via application numberhfr684955 now how can i get.
          When am submitting fasttag application while last steps payment options came i had paid 500 through credit card. Then it's showed session over. Already my payment deducted from bank. Kindly let me know. Also still i have not uploaded any documents like rc. Licence and all.

            Hi,

            I applied for hdfc fastag today i. E. November 28, 2019 and mentioned my customer id corresponding to my hdfc bank savings account. After providing necessary details and uploading a scanned copy of my vehicle registration, i was requested to pay rs. 500 and i selected my hdfc debit card for payment.

            After i was done with payment, an error screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime"

            However, amount of rs. 500 was deducted from my savings account.

            I am not able to review in any way whether my request went through.

            Please let me know the status of my application and reverse the transaction if the application for fastag has not gone through.

              When i called hdfc bank customer service they refuse to entertain fasttag complains and advise me to call[protected]. This number is forever not reachable. There is no number and i have no visibility to what happened to my money or the fast tag application

                After i submitted online application for hdfc fastag, rs. 500 deducted from my hdfc savings account. There is no communication from hdfc fastag or any email confirmation i received. Customer care do not have any clue regarding this.
                The fastag customer care number no one is picks up. The email id provided by hdfc customer care is invalid. I am not sure where to reach.

                      300 as recharge amount. After payment i received a mail saying that fastag is issued but i haven't received any reference number to track my application.                           I have just now (28/11/2019) applied for fastag thru hdfc portal at hdfc bank (Branch address - showroom no. 3, mayfair tower cts no. 28, mumbai pune road, shivajinagar, pune -411005). The application went thru and i paid rs 500/- via my credit card. Thereafter my amount got deducted but the application went blank. This was being done by the bank official. She forgot to note down the application number. Now, i am unable to track my fastag status. Either i need refund of my amount or the fastag delivered at my address. For reference/ tracing the application, my car registration number, mh12mw8930 or driving licence no. Mh[protected] can be used, which has been put in the application. Now, i cannot apply for new fastag till this issue is resolved.

                            I am holding HDFC salary account and the details shared below, as it's a salary account there should not be any annual fees as informed by HDFC Executive whole opening account but recently the fees got deducted from account and also some money is on hold.

                              I have paid an amount of 500 to hdfc bank for fastag. Rs. 200 as security deposit and rs. 300 as recharge. Now i have received a mail saying that my fastag is been issued but i have no clue weather it is dispatched or not. The customer care number is always busy and there is no other way to contact hdfc fastag people. I have received customer id number and wallet id which is helpful to login but still there is no section in it saying to track application. My customer id is[protected]. Please help me with this issue it is very important as without fastag they won't allow cars to pass tollway gates.

                                  Team,
                                  I have purchased fastag on 13rd novermber & reference number is hfr366555. I have not received rfid yet and there had not been satisfactory answer from the customer care channel. I had been associated with hdfc since 13 years and been a preferred account holder. Still service is pathetic & seems more like working with some contracters unlike hdfc. Please look into the mattar and see through that it doesn't impact the hdfc brand.

                                    I am an existing customer of hdfc bank. I visited the dommasandra hdfc branch (Bangalore) to open a ssy account on 8/11/2019 but as of today no updates on the same. The initial deposit amount to open the ssy account has been deducted long back. The staff in the branch are not able to help. Based on hdfc bank's reputation and services, this is least expected. I would like hdfc bank to take appropriate action to open the ssy account asap.

                                    I have applied to open SSY account in HDFC BANK Chinchwad Pune branch since July 2021. So many follow ups and branch visits still the account is not created and no one has any clue they just give you further dates for follow up. Branch executive and relationship manager do not even care to update and gives fake updates in system that we tried calling you. Never had such pathetic experience in 10 years of banking service with HDFC.
                                    Even they are not ready to provide escalation email id of some superior person with whom one can follow up

                                      I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500₹. The reference number of the application is hfr677671. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                                      There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                      I have been with hdfc for 4 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans,) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                      The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                        I hve paid 500 online for hdfc fastag and the amount is debited frm my account.
                                        There is no sms/mail frm hdfc fastag team and their toll free number is always busy. Cannot login as i do not have wallet id.
                                        There is no means to contact fastag team, nothing on website to track applications. Either refund my amount or let me know the status of my fastag.
