I have applied for fastag via hdfc online after the payment is detected from my credit card account i got an error page in the portal and even i did not receive the confirmation email for the fasttag applied. I don't have references no as well. I have only transaction sms alert: you've spent rs.500.00 on credit card xx9758 at etoll1291683 on[protected]:16:15:29
I tried to call customer support - multiple times...

Going to be a month, no fastag delivered by hdfc team. My application number hfr342231. I have tried the call center who is not easily picking the call. Waited 1 hour for them to answer call. Still there is no proper response.
I want to know if my application processed and when can i have the fastag. Deadline by gvt is 1st dec. I am very much disappointed on hdfc service over getting fastag to customer in this way....

Hello i have applied for hdfc credit card and my card number ending with 4895 and my credit card delivery date is 20th november 2019 by blue dart on my given address but because of some work i will b not their on given adress for 1 month so what can i do does they will delivered the card on another address where i am available or shall i pick up my card after 1 month if possible what can i do my mail id is protected...

I applied for fastag on 26.11.2019 at their website. I have already made payment of rs. 500/- through online transaction. But till now i have not received any notofication/mail/message regarding fastag.

I have applied for fastag for my vehicle, and my amount got deducted from my account, suddenly page got refreshed and its mentioned as error on the web page, i didn't note my ref number too, i have searched for application track /status check, really worst form HDFC

The bank has charged me rs 885 for depository charges on demat account which isn't used by me ever. Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side. Reference number as provided by the bank

After successful payment of 500 rs i got a reference number HFR 476070, apart from it i didn't get any confirmation or status update on my registered mobile or email id. Customer care number is always busy.Its being three days since i made the payment but i didn't receive any kind of status update.I would like to know the current status of my reference number....

I have a jumbo loan of 45000rs on my credit card. This would be my first payment to the emi. I paid the due complete due amount emi bedore the due date. When the due date passed out, what i see is i have been charged 450rs as payment return fee on the statement. After enquiring on google i found out that if we have auto debit we r not suppose to pay it ourself or else they reverse the payment and charge this fees. This is such pathetic a...

I applied for Fastag through HDFC on[protected] and have not received it yet. I got an email on[protected] that it has been issued however I do not have any information or tracking if it has been shipped. Calling customer care is useless - it is busy or no response always and this is really frustrating, being in the dark.

I purchased one TV and refrigerator from amazon using debit card emi option from hdfc .The actual billing shown in while purchasing was 1499.83 and 1782.00 for 6 months but i got a message from hdfc today with due amount of 3014.94 and 3547.96 which i have no idea how they calculated.i tried calling their debit card emi customer care number which is not connecting at all....

I applied for fastag and i have submitted the all the required document through online and i got a sms stating that account created successfully but i didn't get any information regarding how to collect my fastag.

There is helpline given in that site (Services and sales) but its always busy, no one is there to attend our call.

I have apllied for hdfc fastag ref no.:hfr556391 on 26 nov 2019, i got my bank account deducted with rs.1000.. But did not got confirmation message or any application message yet. We are provided with tracking code.. But how to use that tracking code and where to use it is not availble on the website... Please help to resolve this problem as soon as possible...

I purchased a hdfc fastag more than a week ago and i received a mail stating that the fastag is been issued and 200 rs have been credited but till date i haven't received any fastag. Also i tried contacting mailing hdfc but the number doesn't work at all. I have never expected poor service from hdfc.
Kindly help me out and issue a fastag or refund my 500 rupees...
