Hi, So far I haved send 5 mails to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com regarding my fastag application. I haven't receive any single responds from them . I applied for fastag on 17/10/2018 for the vehicle no TN07BC9060. my application reference no HFR083446. It shows that I will receive fastag within 7 working days . But still now nothing has been created when ever I call customer care they keep on asking to send ID proofs . I have send my ID proofs for 5 times to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com on the below dates 17/10/18, 22/10/18. 25/10/18, 26/10/18, 29/10/18. so far my account not created and I didnt receive any mail regarding that . called hdfc fastag customer care N number of times . they keep on telling its in process and send documents again and again . kindly help to get fastag immediately . else help me to get my money Rs500 paid for the fastag (TN07BC9060). application ref no:HFR083446 back . i pay 100 rs for fasttag replacement on 16 th july so many times i complain but still today not solve my vehical no GJ35H6000 my bank detail upload for u

Dear all, , pls don't purchase HDFC Fasttag
I applied for reissue my fasttag in Feb 2020 and also paid Rs 100 in March 2020
But still, I don't receive my Fasttag of my cra RJ07CA8926
No any response from customer care
No any reply over email also
I didn't expected such a poor service from HDFC

In this connection, one week ago, i just got phone call from Blue Dart Courier boy that my related consignment was lying with them due to non-mentioning of my delivery address thereon and just advised to send them email from the HDFC Bank about the customer delivery address confirmation for the said lying consignment. So, i just approach to my home branch of HDFC Bank in this matter and got assured to resolve the same very shortly by their end.
But i got surprised when i just continuous many ring to HDFC FASTAG Helpline No.[protected] and got a reply today with new consignment no. as my previous phone calls didn't pick by anyone on the said helpline.
When i just informed to said helpline phone attendant about my previous fastag consignment no. dispatched without my delivery address but didn't get satisfactory answer from there end and just advised to send them email for re-dispatch my consignment.
Kindly some one advise where should i go to make their complaints for such delay ...
