HDFC Bank — fastag debited amount is not reverse till today | |||
Hi team, My customer id is[protected]. I have crossed the manor toll on 12/1/2020 around 12:53 pm. As per toll collector scanner is not able to read the fastag. So we decided to give toll manually. Reciept is attached. But after some time amount rs. 70/- deducted from my fastag account. Please reverse the charges as we have paid the same manually. You toll free no never picked up. Please share the proper toll free no. Its very difficult to connect with hdfc fastag team. They don't bother to reply on their official email id's [protected]@europ-assistance.in & Fastag.
