I had applied for fastag on 14th of november, however, it is still not delivered to me. Although wallet i, customer id etc were generated and available on a website, which looks like managed absolutely poorly by a third party. Neither phone nor email contact available on website is working. Phone nos. Does not exists and emails are never responded. This is the first time i am getting such a poor response from a responsible bank. The personal banker appointed have no idea either. Application no. Hfr376108
