I have purchased HDFC fastag 1 year ago but my vehicle no. not updated in my fastag. Now I am not able to recharge my fastag also No records found showing on website. I have called customer care so many times but no solution given till now by their side. Was this information helpful? | |||

Manual deduction from my HDFC fastag wallet, without my information. Still I am not received money amount is 640/-. HDFC fastag service is not good for problem solving. they just show here so many complains resolved. but not sure.

HDFC and all other fastag providers providing a ## site in which nothing can work for consumers. even their tollfree/paid/roadside assitance numbers will never work. 1033 people has no clues how to solve issues just ask us to run behind these people who are never bothered and ask us to visit their bank branches in person will all documents. happening for each month. this is the service quality of fastag providers. address issue to [protected]@hdfcbank.com is totally a time waste.
