Adhoc charges by the bank

Hello,
My name is Kamini Joshi.
I have a savings account with Hdfc bank, Andheri west, Mumbai.
I have been charged Rs 118 by the bank on 18th Nov 2020.
Is it valid to charge and I want it refunded.

I submit request many time but their is no response. my DOJ EPF and DOE EPF is not update in my pf account my last working day is update but my pension details is not update in my PF account.I want to withdrawal my pension funds so Pls update my all details in my PF account.

Net Banking Error

Hello,

I'm facing a net banking login issue from passed 2 week. I went to the branch located in my city still not getting any response.
Whenever I'm trying to login and password reset I'm getting an error message including Account Locked for the User.
Due to this I can't able to check my credit card statement and account statement.
Not getting any support from customer support and as well as from the branch...

Ad Hoc charges taken by Hdfc bank,Mumbai

Hello,
I have been having a savings account at Hdfc bank, Mumbai.
They have charged me Rs 118 as Adhoc statement charges on 18th Nov 2020.
I am logging a complaint against it.
They have never charged me before for statements.

Credit card netbanking

For the last 1 week, I am unable to access my Credit Card statement, unbilled balance or redemption of reward points - basically any of the features online for my HDFC Credit Card.
It's always displaying -
YOUR REQUEST CANNOT BE PROCESSED TEMPORARILY.WE REGRET THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED

The Eva AI & Phonebanking IVR too is worthless. Not resolving my issues and unable to reach a customer care agent.

HDFC Bank unable to transfer money from account

I tried to transfer funds from last 2-3 days, But I can't able to transfer funds to other account. I tried to transfer funds Via IMPS, NEFT to other Andhra bank holder. Everything is Ok steps:
1) Added Beneficiary Account.
2) Added Amount 50, 000/- and Remark
3) Clicked confirm option and in next page I confirmed everything but in the Next Step:

Cash back offer not credited after 90 days

This is the inquiry of the order which I placed in RELIANCE DIGITAL with the 10% cashback offer.

I've ordered placed through HDFC account#[protected] for the amount of Rs. ₹12, 999 on 14 July 2020.

Post 90 days from the offer end date cashback of Rs. 500 not yet processed in the account.

Horrible customer service

The customer service of HDFC bank is horrible.

I am holding an account with HDFC bank, on 2nd November 2020 I tries to withdraw Rs 10, 000 from one of Axis Bank ATM's in Bangalore.
The shutter of the ATM cash disperse slot opened twice, but did not disperse any cash. But my HDFC account got debited for Rs 10, 000.

Debit card Cashback not received

I swiped my card on 03/07/2020 for samsung watch and i was supposed to get 10% cashback which i havent got it yet and it has been more than 120 days now and i cant keep calm anymore and im compelled to file a complain in consumer forum....

Nwd decchg

I was informed by HDFC officials for Salary account there will not be any charges be applied. Today i was deducted with 41rs for no reason. i Was not notified with a message but only after checking the statement i could see the back robbed my 41 rs. So cheap it is....

Product booked through flatworld rewards on 9th October 2020

Dear Concern,
As I said in complaint subject, I have booked via Flatworldrewards JBL-Infinity Tranz 300 Wireless Sweatproof Earphones with Mic & my Order no. is #40916] (October 9, 2020).

Till now I have not received the above said product or I have not received any proper response for the concern.

Believing HDFC I have taken risk to book this product but if this type of response is from your franchise...

Unauthorized transaction from my account

When I called the customer care she dropped my call and didn't give any solution to this, my due date is 7th of every month, couldn't understand why this happen today.

This is very unprofessional and fraudulent behaviour. Kindly give a solution to this otherwise I will have to put this in social media.

Not received fastag after 15 days

I have applied for hdfc bank fastag on 04/11/2020 and remitted rs.500/- by online payment. I have recived an email message stating that your fastag has been issued sucessfully. My customer id is[protected]. Till date i have not received the fastag. I am a customer of hdfc bank for the past 3 years. I am unable to contact them by email nor toll free no. Since both are faulty. Such a poor service from hdfc bank never expected....

My balance is automatically debited so many times, yesterday they put my balance on hold 1460 rs.
I have no job, this is my salary account, I can't maintain balance, I am really so much frustrated.

It's my request to Hdfc branch to refund my whole amount till they cut.

Hdfc - amazon fraud transaction 1258399

I received a message from HDFC bank saying an amount of 129.00 was used on Credit card at amazon1258999. This was happened without notice. Plesae help in resolve the issue. Looks like many people has faced this issue with amazon1258399....

Fastag entry adjustment

I have received below message today

Your FasTag A/c has been Debited for Rs. 530 for Adjustment entry on 11/17/2020 6:59:04 PM. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 0 - HDFC Bank Ltd.

I haven't used my car on 17/11/2020 at all. But amount is deducted.

What is Entry Adjustment and how it is calculated...
