[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Fastag — fastag amount is getting debited without delivering fastag

I applied hdfc fastag on 20-nov-2019 and till now not received the fastag even though i received sms claiming that they opened my account. Their contact no[protected] doesn’t work. The bad part is without even receiving the fastag, my amount is getting debited claiming that it’s used in multiple toll booths. There is no place in hdfc to go and complaint also.
