HDFC Bank Fastag — fastag details, sticker not received

Hello sir,

I applied for hdfc fastag online on 08th nov 2019. My application number is hfr340802.

Since then i have not received any update regarding the same. Not received sticker, wallteid, customerid, tagid.

Tried communicating through email and toll free number. Nothing is working.

Toll free number is not at all working. It is always busy.

All are facing difficulties in contacting Fastag Helpline as the toll free number is always busy and email is not responding.
