HDFC Bank Fastag — fastag not activated and keeping zero balance since purchase | |||||
Dear hdfc, i was forced to purchase hdfc fastag when i purchase my honda car. Paid 600 rs and issued fastag customer id[protected] on jan 19. But same day it was deactivated saying zerobalance. How come it is zerobalace? 200 must be added to account from 600 rs. No way to get customer service numbers. (I dont know how they will help road assistance). Always line are busy 365 days.
