I have a problem related of wrong deduction of money from my wallet. Problem statement: I traveled to my hometown on dec 14 / 15, 2019 and on dec 18, 2019 i have a sms stating that inr 450 is deducted. Whereas i had actually traveled a couple of days earlier. Tried calling (Which sometimes connected and was told to email another company and then finally stating the amount will be reversed. Emailed multiple times to the suggested email from a company called insolutions global to no avail. Customer id is:[protected] Following email/ contacts not working : 1) fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com [protected] Please provide me solution as soon as possible, otherwise i will surrender my fastag because i cannot afford to pay two times for single transaction.
