[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fastag hasn't delivered

Address:plot 42, sapthagiri enclave, R.R dist, 501510

I have applied for fast tag on 30 nov 2019 with application reference hfr777724 and customer id:[protected] but i haven't received my physical device yet. Customer support is not working at all, there is absolutely zero communication available regarding this matter. I have not idea whether i receive one or not.

Please resolve this matter asap and provide me update on [protected]@gmail.com

I had applied for HDFC bank fastag before 2 month still i have not received it i have tried calling their helpline number[protected] but no response sent email to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com no response.

My customer ID is protected please help me out

I have already requested HDFC fastag on Dec 3rd and the website says that it will take 7 days to get it delivered to home. But still I have not received yet.

I ordered for fast tag for my vehicle No. TS 07 FW 2398. In my login account it is showing TAG No. 34161FA8203288AC047877C0. The transaction ID is [protected]. This tag is not delivered to me.
