Hi, I have applied for fastag on 11th nov by paying rs/-500. I got confirmation email with application pdf on the same day. But after that no communication and when i tried to call the customer care number, it is always busy and never got a chance to check the status of my fastag. I called the pos person (Mention id hdfc page) and he said he is no more involved in hdfc fastag service. I am holding hdfc salary account for more that 10 years and this kind of service is really not acceptable from hdfc. Was this information helpful? | |||

Do you have any courier ref number for tracking as I did not get any sms regarding that ?
Also, the HDFC fastag helpline number 18001201243 is always busy. Is there alternate number or else what is the meaning of keeping a number which is never reachable ?
