I applied online for fastag on 11/11/2019 but to date i have not received my fastag. I have also deposited 500 rupees for this. Therefore, i request you to either give me complete information about it or return 500 rupees in it.

My address is correct and complete for courier service.
Your fastag helpline service is very bad.
I have tried 100 times but not been able to contact even once.
So, please return my 500 rupees.
