[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Fastag — non receipt of fastag

Dear hdfc fastag team,

My application reference no. Is hfr329397 dated 6th november 2019. My customer id is activated on 15 november 2019 is[protected] but i had not received fastag. As the date of fastag is about to on 1st december 2019. Kindly make it possible to dispatch the fastag to the earliest.

Your TAG was sent to your address & the same is returned undelivered bank.

We like to confirm that your Tag will be Redispatched Shortly & you will be receiving the Tag with is 7-10 working days

Note:- Dispatch details of the TAG will be share with you through SMS

The delay is due to exceptional surge in applications received from customers. We are arranging for processing on priority and you will receive dispatch details via SMS once the tag is dispatched.
