[Resolved] HDFC Bank Fastag — not able to contact and get my fastag

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of rs 500. The reference number of the application is hfr421638. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.
I tried contacting toll free service number [protected] but it is always busy. I am getting fed up now. No other way to contact hdfc fastag.
Kindly look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I got an email from company regarding issuance of my fastag. However no dispatch details available.

Updated by amankaushal22 Till date I haven't received my Fastag. It is been over 20 days. It seems I made a mistake ordering HDFC Fastag. I got airtel fastag within 5 mins from local vendor for my another car. I will recommend not to buy HDFC Fastag to my other friends.
