HDFC Bank — fastag not issued in 3.5 months

I have applied for fastag via hdfc bank in nov-2019 by paying rs 500 as bank charges and on 15-nov-2019 i got a sms confirmation that my wallet is created and rs 200 is added to it, i am able to check same on hdfc fastag portal and recharge the same as well. But unfortunately i have not received my fastag even after 3 months of wallet creation, i have made numerous calls to customer care and every time they say you will be getting your card in a weeks time, many weeks passed but my wait is not getting over.

Who from hdfc ltd can help me in resolving this?

Updated by Charan Kawal I am trying to reach them from past 3 months but nothing is working out, I request you to cancel my wallet id so that I can apply from Axis bank from where I already got tag in less than 2 weeks for my other vehicle.
