[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag not received and customer care number is turned off | |||
I have applied for Fastag, submitted all the required documents. I received SMS stating that the account has been created with details of Customer ID and Wallet ID. I tried calling the customer care number but it is turned off and as well tried both mobile number. For the first number, nobody attended and for the second, it is turned off. I even mailed my details and queries to the mentioned Email ID but still no reply. I need to know when will I get the Fastag and kindly improve the customer care service as incase of emergency, it will be difficult to contact. Was this information helpful? | |||
