HDFC Bank — fastag not received

I have applied fastag through hdfc online portal on 9 december. I received mars sage that i will get pdf version of my application. Till now i did not received any pdf in my mail box. I need my fastag today at postal address. I have not received fastag till now.

Please help to provide today. My application reference number hfr978933.

Updated by Amod Prasad Today after applying application received message that fastag will be delivered after 15 days. It is already 12 days gone. I don’t know what is happening with HDFC Bank. I did not faced any issue like this before. I am not able to travel without the fastag. Please send my fastag tommorow. I am frustate with this. Please resolve and send tommorow.
