[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag not received | |||
I had applied fastag online on hdfc website date 26 nov 2019 i got wallet id and customer id on my registered mail id and also i have received confirmation email that i will get fastag sticker in 7 working days. 30 days gone but fastag not yet received. I have tried many times to call on customer care number [protected]. Mostly this number busy and some time not answaring the phone. Some time i connected call and told them that fastag not yet received then he said fastag has been delivered by blue dart courier after that i asked docate numbers he told me then i checked on blue dart website found that fastag delivered in mumbai whenever this should be delivere in indore madhya pradesh. I have many time call on customer care but they enable to give me proper solution. I am very unhappy with hdfc bank customer care support and he not giving me mony back.
