HDFC Bank — fastag not received till now after 19.11.2019

I applied for hdfc fastag. on dated 19.11.2019 in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500 but not recieve any slip or document till now
Also kindly provide the status of the fastag application with reference number HFR404495
