[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag registration

I purchased ford ecosport car in the month of october 2019. Alongwith hdfc fastag was issued to me. But now when i am trying to register into the account for the first time; it doesn't allow me to so.
I punch all the details, but it doesn't move to next page. I approach their customer care no. [protected], but no revert is found from side. No email id has been provided to lodge complaint.

Hi myself shivam kumar an amount of 754.29 has been put on hold on 31-dec-2019 and also now deducted, please look in to this i want my money back this is my hdfc salary account, how can the money be deducted without any prior intimation to the customer, you people claim to be customer cetric but is it getting displayed here?

Already more than 15days passed but FAST tag is not received.
HDFC tool free number of fast tag is always found busy

I have applied fasttag thru hdfc fast tag portal on 12th Dec 2019. Still I have not received physical Fast tag to my address. Toll free number is not connecting at all. If customer service is not good from hdfc fast tag why government giving tenders to such bank which are not useful, just taking people money??
