[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fastag request is cheating me without results

Dear team, i have requested fast tag though the hdfc site with my application no:hfro1400314, its on jan 18. Not response till now from team after that even though email say 7 working days. I called customer care this week last week also before last week, they keep on telling its is not dispatched wait for 1 more 7 working days. I really got pissed off with this request and there is no clue whom to approach. Kindly assit.
