HDFC Bank — fastag suspended, wallet freezed

I have purchased a fastag and linked to hdfc expecting seamless service. I am a 10 year old customer with hdfc and were very happy till i purchased fastag. The fastag worked initially in all the toll booths. Meanwhile i tried recharging it said my wallet freezed.
Tried calling the toll free number of hdfc fastag. Its very pathetic service. Need to wait half an hour to get connected and need to wait another half an hour to get to know the issue after explaining. Went through all these two three times and said my wallet is released.
Again i tried recharging it is still in the same state and also suspended. Not able to use fastag and the government is making it mandatory.
This incident question me the trust i am having with hdfc.

Even am also facing same issue, better to switch to other fastag.
We have purchased fastags for our Group of companies and linked to hdfc expecting seamless service.
We are 10 or more year old customer with hdfc. We purchased these fastags for commercial purpose as our vehicles are running on road very frequently. We thought that it will definitely save our time as well as money but we are facing worst experience with the services especially with regards to Fastag Customer care services. We think these are the worst services we faced ever..
Last month, we came to know that our wallet has been freeze and we can not recharge.
It was due to Non-kyc. We submitted the required documents to the concerned department immediately and have been informed that it will take 5-7 working days and the problem begins here when we need to interact with Customer care services. They put us on hold for a long time and then it disconnected automatically. There are few sentences that they have been rehearsed very well e.g. We are sorry, we understand your problem, we have forwarded your complaint to our back end team and last but not least is that Sir, it will be activated by tomorrow. Our senior will call back you and unfortunately, we are still waiting call back from the senior.
Overall, It is very pathetic service.
We read other comments as well wherein it is mentioned that after release of wallet it is not working.
Oh... God help us and help those poor people who are in waiting list to release the fastag.
We are continuously following-up with the concerned team and have been issued ticket or complaint numbers 2-3- times but no avail. Please... help someone
worst customer care service from HDFC...I am really disappinted with HDFC FASTAG services
