Hi, I wanted to know the status of my fast tag application. I have applied for same using hdfc fasttag portal on 29th nov 2019. The amount rs 500 has been deducted from my hdfc credit card but i have not received any reference number or any success message. I could not able to find any email or sms to rmn for status updates. I am sharing my details of vehicle and transaction id for reference. Please revert as soon as possible. Aug 6, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Dec 02, 2019 Updated by MOHIT VASHISHTHA Also, I am continuously trying to contact their toll free number [protected], but it always shows busy. What kind of toll free number which make me think this could be fraud. There is no official email where can I contact to HDFC FastTag officials. I am valuable customer of HDFC bank and I never expect such kind of response from any company associated with such a huge bank. Totally disappointed with the services.
