Hi, I wanted to know the status of my fast tag application. I have applied for same using hdfc fasttag portal on 29th nov 2019. The amount rs 500 has been deducted from my hdfc credit card but i have not received any reference number or any success message. I could not able to find any email or sms to rmn for status updates. I am sharing my details of vehicle and transaction id for reference. Please revert as soon as possible.
