[Resolved] HDFC Bank — follow up on my fathers existing insurance | |||
Hi, Myself I’m Akhil, here I’m writing on behalf of my father late Suresh kumar. He was holding an existing policy with hdfc life insurance(motor insurance). The loan number is 37275634 and the policy number is[protected]. The mobile number which was registered with hdfc is [protected]. He was passed away on December 12, 2017. After the incident i had submitted the required documents for getting the claim and in regular interval; trying to follow up with the concerned persons from hdfc (Trivandrum branch). Until now I didn’t get any clarification from any one from your side. Its going to be 2 years. Kindly have a look on this and please do the needful.
