Im an ex employee of TCS, I still have balance in my food card, but it is not working and always results in transaction failed screen. When I call customer care, they are asking me to use in swiggy or zomato, irrespective of how many times I say it is not working. And they wont issue new cards until the card is expired it seems. Kindly help me on this issue.
