[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Food card is not working

I am working in cognizant and I am having HDFC Bank food card and is not working. when I swipe for transaction it will prompt PIN But i dont have PIN. So, i am trying to apply new food card But unable to register for new food card. No proper customer care number or channel to escalate this issue. Was this information helpful? No (2) Yes (1)

Im an ex employee of TCS, I still have balance in my food card, but it is not working and always results in transaction failed screen. When I call customer care, they are asking me to use in swiggy or zomato, irrespective of how many times I say it is not working. And they wont issue new cards until the card is expired it seems. Kindly help me on this issue.
